  1. We’d love to see the ability to link grants to a fundraising campaign, the same way donations can be linked. Sometimes grants come in as a direct result of campaign efforts, and right now there’s no way to capture that connection.

    Having this feature would give us a clearer picture of the true impact of our campaigns and make reporting more meaningful. It would also help us tell the full story of how our campaigns generate support—not just through donations, but through grants too.

  2. I would like the ability to import a spreadsheet for internal grants. It is possible for 'regular' grants, but not for internal grants at this time.

  3. Change/Edit Date Range for Dashboard display should be sticky. Currently, the Start and End Date for Dashboard can be edited to display a different range than the default, pre-populated range. However, navigating away from the Dashboard reverts the date range back to default values. It would be amazing if the Start and End Dates were sticky, so I don't have to edit/re-select dates every time I go to the Dashboard.

  4. Have the ability to change the way the global search bar/other search bars pull up data. example: right now the global search bar alphabetizes by last name, then prefix, then first name. Would like to be able to switch that order to Last name then first name.

  5. In the Grantees (T3010) Report (under CRA Reporting), it would be helpful to add a field for the expense account related to each grant. Then one could sort the data and tie back to the financial statements much more easily. I'm adding this information manually and would love to eliminate this step!

  6. I'm not sure where this specific idea fits in terms of a category. We have certain types of tax classes in our system that are not eligible to receive grants from donor-advised funds. We would like a way to globally use this field to remove these grantees from view in the fund advisor portal.

  7. We’d really like to suggest adding the option to customize the color scheme in Csuite. This idea has been mentioned here before but was archived. Many commonly used platforms now offer some level of visual customization, so adding this feature would bring Csuite more in line with user expectations. It is a small change that users would likely appreciate.

    Even just a few preset themes or the ability to use an organization’s branding colors would make the platform feel more modern and visually appealing. The current interface is very neutral, and adding some color options would help make the experience…

  8. It would be great to have the option to export the Positive Pay report as a CSV file since that is the requirement with our bank. It would also be very helpful to have the option to request how the data columns are formatted in the generated Positive Pay report. Our bank requires the data columns in a different arrangement than what is generated in C-Suite. Every week I will need to transfer the TXT file into an Excel document to make the column adjustments and to save it as a CSV file. This is a lot of extra work…

  9. We would like to be able to update the MFA communication from Foundant when our clients login to the Fund Portal. Currently the MFA sends a text with just numbers. Some of our Fund Advisors are weary of Spam/Phishing. Can we add the ability to customize the message.

    Example: Austin Community Foundation is sending your one time passcode: 000000

  10. Please add ability for "Percent" and "Avg Balance" detail to export with the Revenue Share Audit Balance Percent Detail Report. It would be useful information to have both the Beginning "percentage" and the Ending "percentage" per month calculated and exportable.

I have recently been surprised by some new implementations/announcements that are very disruptive to my work (specifically, the change in the fund search function and the announcement that there will now be a Donate button next to the grant request button in the advisor portal). Can there be a more democratic process for the ideas that get implemented? Currently it seems that the process is to get some/lots of votes in Idea Lab or to be an "important" person/organization and get your wishes granted.

    At the very least, can we have a downvote option in Idea Lab so we can…

  14. Help! The updated fund portal "the portal" does not show ticket sales when using campaigns, if they are not true donations/contributions. This is a change and a negative one! I have sold the campaign function to fund advisors for things like events and or membership drives - but now they don't see ticket sales (non gift) in the portal! If you export a donation excel list, you can see the ticket sales USED to be in there. For some reason, they stopped showing up (unless it's the 3% donation add on). Big loss for function and customer service.

  15. Can you make it so that grant letter emails can be tracked? It would be great to be able to run an Undelivered Email report and see if these emails were actually delivered.

  16. When searching for a fund/profile, "deceased, inactive" or "closed" is displayed at the very right of the name. Is there a way to make these a different color as well so they stand out better? I'm looking at the left side and would rather not scroll through numerous records to find the open fund/profile.

  17. For numeric fields in a custom report there is currently a "Total Column" checkbox option to total the data from all rows in that column. The total will display in a new row at the bottom of the column.

    We'd like the same thing but with the option for Average, Min, Max, Count, etc. Those are only possible now by grouping and removing all other fields. We end up with the calculated value but can't see any of the individual records or details. We can get what we need in Excel by exporting and adding a formula but would like…

  19. On the Sship ID level, add a field, or allow the description field, to move with the scholarship through to the grant/voucher process and appear in check letter.

    At this point, there is no way to communicate necessary payment instructions to schools when sending scholarship checks without a workaround that is time consuming when managing hundreds of scholarship grants in a week. At this time, the workaround is broken and is part of ticket ID #170033.

  20. It would be great if we could have separate pages in our Giving Hub for different funds: Community Funds, Scholarships, Agency Funds. Right now they are all lumped together and it would be better if we could sort all the funds into groups for an easier donor experience.
