  1. I believe that there should be an option to send bulk emails through a campaign generated by Csuite. Currently, the only alternative is to export the email addresses and send them through Microsoft or MailChimp. However, having the option to send emails directly from Csuite would be more efficient.

  2. Import profile lists. It would be great to be able to create a profile list in Foundant and then be able to export and edit it, and then import it back into the campaign. It's much faster to manipulate an excel spreadsheet than the profile list in the campaign while it's in Foundant/CSuite.

  3. Please add campaign categories as a filter and field in custom reports so we can dive deeper into reporting on campaign activities, attendance patterns, etc. Thank you!

  4. It would be helpful if there was a way to sort registration attendees by date and time they registered. We have more than 100 people attending an event right now and there is no way to tell when new people have registered. I am constantly reviewing this list to see if I recognize new names which can be very tedious.

  5. Is there a way to have an area that shows all the tickets that still need guest information filled out?

    This isn't a huge issue on a small scale, but we have a larger event, it may be tedious to go through all the profiles and make sure they have their guest info filled out.

  7. We noticed that we lost some of the profile filters when the update to campaigns occurred. We specifically are looking for the "invited to" filter where we could check past/current campaigns to add those profile lists to a new campaign. This is how we regularly build our mailing and event lists, and it was very convenient and easy for us to filter that way in one step. We were bummed to see that filter gone!

  9. Three thoughts on potential future functionality for campaign ticket guests:

    1). Implement a system for matching guest names to profiles (or creating new profiles automatically, a la Stripe payments) that lines up with the existing profile DEDUPE functionality. This could tie in with/be more robust if item 2 is considered:

    2). Allow customization of the fields that purchasers fill out concerning their guests (for example, adding emails, phone numbers, etc.)

    3). Implement a batch functionality for converting ticket guests to profiles (right now, it must be done on a one-by-one basis)

  10. Would like to see ticket purchasers and guests all in one spot. Currently, you can only see a list of ticket purchasers and the number of tickets they've purchased and then the "guests" of these ticket purchasers are in another area (guest list). Would be great to see the guests underneath the ticket purchaser, similar to how the campaign invitee list formats guests/household members (you have the invitee and then below them & to the right will list their guests or household profiles with their email info, all in one spot).

  12. We created a work-around since we can't use organization names for registration by adding it as a request. However, when I export the CSV report to review registration, that field is not included. Please add this field to that export process.

  13. It would be great if the email export included the name on the file. We do lots of email communications, not through Mailchimp, and I have to export the whole file and delete all the extraneous information to get to just name and email address. OR give us a custom report or way to pull the specific fields we want in the export. Even the full export has lots of information I don't care about and must get rid of before giving to my communications person.

  14. I want to be able to send event ticket receipts in bulk if the donations are manually entered. The option to download/print/email the ticket receipt as a pdf could be useful.

    When filtering to a Donation Campaign Custom Report, we have the option to print Yearly Tax Receipts, the option to print Event/Campaign specific receipts from the left-hand menu would be AWESOME!

  15. If you adjust the spacing in one of the text fields of a campaign using html, it messes up the tax receipt to show the html coding. please fix it.

  16. For events where a personal invitation was sent, use a PIN to link to their profile when purchasing tickets. The PIN could be their profile ID. The PIN could be printed on the invite or envelope when it is sent. This would help keep duplicate profiles from happening on events and correctly identify who was purchasing the ticket.

Our world has moved to paperless tickets, it would be awesome when people purchase an online ticket for a fundraising event, they can receive a receipt that has a QR code they can save on their phone and can be scanned at the door when they check-in. Like they have for concerts/ball games. It would be nice if there was a platform then to scan those tickets and the system can record that they are checked in on Csuite. Don't want to use another site/platform to do it.(Eventbrite). Would be nice to have them all in one place and since…

  18. Automate Mailchimp sync
    The newsletter opt-in is a great way to easily add donors to a Mailchimp audience list. It would be nice if a manual sync were not required. An automated sync (which could be part of any campaign) could happen on a nightly (or other schedule), or perhaps after every donation.

  19. As donors are purchasing tickets, they're only able to select one at a time. They have to back to events, select the event again, and add another ticket, and then go back to events, select the event again, and add another ticket... It should just be one screen where they can select how many different tickets they want to the event and then check out.

  20. Ability to link (preferably automatically) the credit card fees associated with a campaign ticket purchase to the campaign on the statement of activities.

    This would provide more complete financial data related to a specific campaign/event
