  1. I know that Login As was intended to bounce the user out of their own CSuite login when used; however, I would ask that you reconsider this approach. From a Customer Service perspective, this is a nightmare. We most often use Login As when on the phone with a Fund Advisor (and now could be anyone with portal access), to help them troubleshoot either getting into the system or working with the system.   2. We really would appreciate the ability to show closed fund activity on the portal. It’s often extremely important for our donors to see historical information, even when a fund is no longer being used. If closed funds can’t be shown there, could CSuite provide an ability to merge Funds, similar to the ability to merge Profiles?

    Let me provide a little background: Our foundation’s process is to close a fund when the type of the fund changes (i.e. passthrough to endowed). Being able to show the history of the gifts/grants in the fund advisor portal would allow our fund holders…

  3. Please create a designation/tab for Board Members. We would like to have a way to connect with our Board members in ways other than email. We could share documents and we would love to be able to collect electronic votes. We currently do this via email, but would love to do this through the portal.

  4. In the Fund Advisor portal, on the Grant Request form, there is no indication (such as with an asterisk) which fields are required, so a user must click the submit button before they are advised which fields are required. It would be nice if required fields could indicate they were required when the form is first loaded.

  5. Currently, when a Fund's spendable balance is $0.00 it does not show on the portal. It would be helpful for Fund Advisors to know their spendable balance has been exhausted.

  6. If an image exists on a fund in CS, provide the option to allow this image to appear on the fund in the portal instead of the default icon. Also provide the option to not have an icon or an image appear on the fund in the portal.

  8. Would really like the ability to create customized communications that would appear as a pop-up in the portal when a fund-holder logs in to share things they are working on, foundation news, funding opportunities, etc. with fund advisors.

  9. When a tab name is revised in Portal Setting, have the 'breadcrumbs' on the portal reflect the new name and not the original hardcoded tab name. Example: if revise Nonprofit Directory tab name from 'Directory' to 'Index', would be great if breadcrumbs back to previous pages reflect 'Index'.

  10. True multiyear grants that are approved once and paid out over several years do not show up in the grant summary table (grant tab of the Grantee designation) until the final payable is paid out. After the final payment, the entire grant amount is shows only in the approved year, which could be serval years prior. Now that this table is also shown in the Grantee portal, it provides an incomplete picture of the yearly grant summary when multiyears are involved, and causes customer confusion when the entire amount suddenly appears years in the past.

  11. We would like to request that Foundant consider creating a scholarship directory similar to the Nonprofit Directory. We would like a place to easily share our scholarship names, descriptions, and photos to our students, parents, donors, and community. We would like to maintain this directory directly in C-Suite so that it can communicate externally and with SLM, if possible.

  12. Currently, the Fund Advisor Login Log only shows Fund Advisors who have logged into the Portal with Username and Password. Since most/all first-time portal users log in with email and PIN (and some may continue after that), we would like to be able to track all portal users that are logging in -- whether using username and password, and/or email and PIN. Currently, there's no visible record of portal users logging in by PIN. This results in things like receiving grant requests from Fund Advisors without a record of a fund advisor having logged in, and when portals are launched,…

  13. In the new Fund Portal, users have expressed several issues with navigation and confusion because of a lack of information:

    1. When in a specific page on the fund portal, the tab is not highlighted, nor is the text emboldened, in the left-hand menu to reflect what page they are on.
    2. Add a logout button in the top menu options without clicking through to profile.
    3. Add customizable text options to the Profile page - we currently don't allow users to update their contact details while we are merging profiles on the back end. We want to add text to let them…

  14. I know Foundant has been focused on enhancing the donor portal experience for users. Is there any timeline by which you think there could be potential to redirect the logout button on the portal to the page of the organization’s choice? I’m thinking about this new private label portal that we’ve designed for one of our agencies. They really want to have the logout button direct to their logo homepage, and not the our logo page. Any sense for when you think that update could be feasibly scheduled?

  15. Pool of Investments would be a nice field to have on the portal as it would show the current cash balance. Is there a way to pull asset balances (specifically investment pool figures) in as a new field on Fund Summary? Current Balance accounts for pledges receivable and grant payables - so for funds that have receivables or payables, Current Balance doesn't reflect what's actually in the fund (from a fundholder's perspective).

  16. Currently, there are two tabs in the Fund Advisor portion of the portal that seem redundant - Grants and Grant Requests. In the old portal, those two had separate functions. "Grants" listed all grant history, etc. and "Grant Requests" allowed those who had permission to request a grant. In the new portal, the two tabs seem redundant due to the new Create Grant Request button that shows on every tab. The only portion I can see on the Grant Requests tab that is unique is grant requests that need approval. Could all grant information be moved to the Grants Tab…

  18. We would love to enable the option for fund advisors to run manual fund statements or view financials. However, if we enable this, they can run these on any time period, closed or open. Until we close a period, information in an open period should remain internal only and not be available to fund advisors as it is subject to change. We have donors who would get upset if they saw something change from one day to the next.

    Can the portal be configured to only allow financial reporting and manual fund statement generation for fund advisors within closed periods?…

  19. We love that fundholders can edit grants in the donor portal. However, I learned today that fundholders cannot edit a recurring grant if there is no max recurrence #.

    This means that we misspoke when we told our fundholders that they can edit all their recurring grants. Not great. Please fix this so they can make updates to all recurring grants in our system! (We have over 100!).

  20. Seems many of us are having problems with people leaving things in the cart, rather than actually submitting them.

    A very quick suggestion that may solve some of the problem: Instead of having the button on the Unsubmitted Grant Requests read "Review and Submit Grant Requests" why not rename the label to simply say "Review Grant Requests." Many of our donors have told us that they thought it was one action and that by clicking it, they had reviewed AND submitted it.
