Show Internal Grants on Portal Charts
Currently, internal grants do not show on the portal grant summary charts. This is confusing for fund advisors who want to see all that their fund has given to. The charts are not showing the true picture by excluding internal grants. If the same date range as the chart is used to filter the detailed grant history, the amounts are different. Again, this is confusing to fund advisors.

Recurring Stripe Donation Details on Portal
Please provide a setting to toggle on/off to share the recurring donation details with fund advisors.
Example: A fund advisor wants to see if donations to their capital campaign fund are recurring. Right now, this information is not accessible through the portal.
Knowing whether it is a one-time gift versus a recurring gift is something we should be able to easily share with fund advisors!

Ability to Rename "Other Foundation Funds"
Please add the option to rename "Other foundation funds" in the Portal when fund advisors submit grant requests (Grant Request > Previous Grantee > Other Foundation Funds). Changing the name would help fund advisors better understand how to use this drop down.

New Fund Advisor Portal Grant Request Style
The Legacy Fund Advisor Grant Request page had a "side by side" styling with "instructions" on the left and the grant request submissions on the "right". The new Fund Advisor portal Grant Request page has a "vertical Top to Bottom" style so that the "instructions" or Header is on the top and the grant submission are on the bottom. Unfortunately, this means that the Fund Advisor cannot see the listing of their grant requests in the Cart which means that unless they scroll down, they cannot see the final step "Review and Submit" button that must be clicked on to…

Page Titles Reflect Navigation & Tab Changes
When you change the Navigation or Tab, these changes should extend to the title on the page. For example, currently if you change the left side navigation "Donations" to "Gifts", Donations will still show on the inside of the page above the listing of the gifts.

Approval Function for Grant Requests in Portal
Please implement an approval function for grant requests in the portal.
It would be great if there were an approval function for grant requests, similar to the Grant Approver function on the internal admin side, that required a percentage of fund advisors to approve the request before the grant request was submitted for processing.
This is particularly useful for funds that require multiple "signers" to approve the request before a distribution is made. This is also a common need for religious foundations/organizations

Show Abandoned Carts on Individual Fund Advisor Page
Besides the "List Carts" report under Fund Advisors which shows all carts, it would be helpful to see on an individual fund advisor if they have an abandoned cart. This would be on the Fund Advisor record in Csuite...an option on the left menu to "List Cart".

In the new Fund Portal, users have expressed several issues with navigation and confusion because of a lack of information:
- When in a specific page on the fund portal, the tab is not highlighted, nor is the text emboldened, in the left-hand menu to reflect what page they are on.
- Add a logout button in the top menu options without clicking through to profile.

Allow Profile Edit on a Per Designation Basis
Please change the Allow Profile Edit setting in Portal Settings to be on a per designation basis as opposed to an all-or-nothing setting.
For instance, it would be great to allow fund advisor to edit their profile information in the portal but restrict nonprofits from doing so. This is not currently possible as the Allow Profile Edit setting applies to all or none depending on whether or not it is enabled.
Essentially, include the Allow Profile Edit checkbox on each designations' settings as opposed to just the general profile settings.

Bring Fund Advisor Portal portion from Fund level to Fund Advisor level
We currently do not share donation amounts with fundholders or fund advisors; however, we are possibly implementing an affiliate program where we would consider sharing this information. It would be great if we could set who can see donation amounts at the fund advisor level instead of the fund level. If we have multiple fund advisors on a fund, we can only turn on/shut off donation amounts using "Hide Amounts" at the fund level. That means all fund advisors have the same permissions. Create Grant Request - Enhancement Option to Rename the Button
In the new portal there is an option to rename the Grant Request left navigation menu tab, which is great. However, the persistent Create Grant Request button on the top left is not something to rename. So if we want to rename the left navigation to "Recommend a Grant" which is the language our fund advisors are used to seeing, the language of Create Grant Request is not consistent. Portal: Change Profile Content Area
Please add a content area to the "change profile" page of the Portal. If someone logs in and has multiple profiles associated with the same primary email address, it would be great to have the ability to add some instructions for our fund advisors, donors, etc. about which profile to select in order to accomplish their desired task (donate, grant request, etc.). Uploading documents in portal for fund advisors
Love that I'm able to upload documents, such as newsletters, with visibility in the portal for online fund advisors. The only limitation is that it must be done for ID of every fund group (ie: scholarships, donor advised, Agency, etc). It would be really nice to have a global option to upload a document (and potentially a notification) in 1 transaction that impacts all funds. If that exists and I missed it, please share!

Portal: staff approval option for profile edits
Right now, if the setting that allows logged in Profiles to edit their profiles is enabled, changes made through the online portal immediately update the profile in Csuite. When the "Email Notify on Profile Edit" setting is enabled, selected staff receive an email notifying them of any changes made to the profile without the need for approval. We would like to have the option for a staff-approval process for profile edits in the portal.

Subaccounts
It would be very helpful if subaccounts could be shown in the portal on the statement of activities. Our fiscal sponsored projects are having to contact the foundation for a report with the level of detail they need. They should have the option to expand to the subaccount level on the portal.

E-Tickets for Events in CSuite
It would be great to have the ability to generate an event ticket that the attendees could show to get into the event instead of needing a paper ticket to enter.
Bonus points if there could be a QR Code or other scannable barcode generated that would auto-mark them as attended in CSuite.

Add primary label to email and phone number on profile area of portal
"Primary Address" is labeled in the profile area of the Portal but Phone/Email are not. Suggest adding Primary to Phone and Email labels to reinforce the user may have additional contact information on file.

Donor Portal Logout Page
I know Foundant has been focused on enhancing the donor portal experience for users. Is there any timeline by which you think there could be potential to redirect the logout button on the portal to the page of the organization’s choice? I’m thinking about this new private label portal that we’ve designed for one of our agencies. They really want to have the logout button direct to their logo homepage, and not the our logo page. Any sense for when you think that update could be feasibly scheduled?
