Donor Portal Logout Page
I know Foundant has been focused on enhancing the donor portal experience for users. Is there any timeline by which you think there could be potential to redirect the logout button on the portal to the page of the organization’s choice? I’m thinking about this new private label portal that we’ve designed for one of our agencies. They really want to have the logout button direct to their logo homepage, and not the our logo page. Any sense for when you think that update could be feasibly scheduled?

Thank you Laurel for your feedback. Making the logout visible is a great idea as well, however I wanted to be able to designate where the logout page directs to. Currently, our logout page goes to our personal homepage, however we've created a separate portal for another entity and would like to redirect that to the separate entity homepage which has a different logo and color branding.

+1! The logout option is pretty hidden and I suspect our fundholders will easily miss it. Being able to customize where it lives would be helpful, especially if that included the option to add to to the menu bar on the fund summary page.
