Add primary label to email and phone number on profile area of portal
"Primary Address" is labeled in the profile area of the Portal but Phone/Email are not. Suggest adding Primary to Phone and Email labels to reinforce the user may have additional contact information on file.

On the Profile page of Portal Address, Email, Phone are listed and those shown are Primary but we only callout that Address is Primary. For consistency it would be nice to have all three note they are the Primary values.
