Approval Function for Grant Requests in Portal
Please implement an approval function for grant requests in the portal.
It would be great if there were an approval function for grant requests, similar to the Grant Approver function on the internal admin side, that required a percentage of fund advisors to approve the request before the grant request was submitted for processing.
This is particularly useful for funds that require multiple "signers" to approve the request before a distribution is made. This is also a common need for religious foundations/organizations

changes to grant request in donor portal
If a fund advisor submits a grant request and needs to correct or edit the request, there is no current option for this in either the portal or on our end. A fund advisor has expressed frustration with needing to cancel and resubmit the request instead of being able to make a quick edit. An edit option for grant requests made in the donor portal would be helpful.

Add Filter and Export Options for Scholarships in Fund Advisor Portal
When a fund has the Scholarships tab enabled in the Fund Advisor Portal, advisors can click into each scholarship to see detailed information about awarded scholarships.
Unlike the Grants area, which includes both filter and export options, the Scholarships area currently offers neither. This means fund advisors must manually copy and paste the on-screen data into Excel if they want to filter, sort, or analyze scholarship information.
Adding filter and export functionality, similar to what exists in the Grants area, would make it much easier for advisors to review and work with their scholarship award data directly in the portal.

Bring Fund Advisor Portal portion from Fund level to Fund Advisor level
We currently do not share donation amounts with fundholders or fund advisors; however, we are possibly implementing an affiliate program where we would consider sharing this information. It would be great if we could set who can see donation amounts at the fund advisor level instead of the fund level. If we have multiple fund advisors on a fund, we can only turn on/shut off donation amounts using "Hide Amounts" at the fund level. That means all fund advisors have the same permissions. We may want one fund advisor or affiliate to have access, while not giving another fund advisor…

E-Tickets for Events in CSuite
It would be great to have the ability to generate an event ticket that the attendees could show to get into the event instead of needing a paper ticket to enter.
Bonus points if there could be a QR Code or other scannable barcode generated that would auto-mark them as attended in CSuite.

Grant Letters on the Portal
We are hoping to be able to use the portal to house donor's grant letters. I wish there was the ability put these letters on the portal with a mass upload instead of one-off via files and the share checkbox. Currently, if a donor wants to see their grant letter we either mail or email that letter, but we are hoping to encourage donors to use the portal more and having grant letters on the portal would be another customer service touchpoint to our donors.

Portal: staff approval option for profile edits
Right now, if the setting that allows logged in Profiles to edit their profiles is enabled, changes made through the online portal immediately update the profile in Csuite. When the "Email Notify on Profile Edit" setting is enabled, selected staff receive an email notifying them of any changes made to the profile without the need for approval. We would like to have the option for a staff-approval process for profile edits in the portal.

Add primary label to email and phone number on profile area of portal
"Primary Address" is labeled in the profile area of the Portal but Phone/Email are not. Suggest adding Primary to Phone and Email labels to reinforce the user may have additional contact information on file.

Please add content areas in the Portal for the Grant History and Recurring Grants Secondary Navigation areas. All other secondary navigation areas appear to have this option. Thank you.

Allow Grant Catalog content to be customized
If you visit a grant catalog while it is closed (specifically the URL of a specific grant request), the text is not customizable. Right now, it says "Sorry, that grant cycle is closed," which I think is unfriendly and almost unprofessional? There's not even a period at the end of the sentence. I'd love to be able to edit this content.

From Portal - List all Fund Advisor's Funds at Top on Giving Hub
When a Fund Advisor clicks on "Donate" from the new Portal, they go to the Giving Hub and are presented with a list of their funds and promoted funds.
As of a release made in January 2025, their Private funds are listed first, followed by a mixture of their not private funds and our promoted funds listed in alpha order.
This is confusing for our fund advisors because they are not thinking about whether the fund is private or not, and it is not clear why their funds are in a mixed sort order.

Set email for login and send email for password
Can you make the function that exists for Fund Advisor (legacy) available to all user logins? In this function, you can set the primary email as the login username in bulk and send an email for the user to set a password.

Add File Upload to ACH/Bank Info Section in Portal
We would like to request that a file upload option is added to the ACH/Banking information section of the portal. In addition to the button, a field is needed so that we can display what kind of information we are asking them to upload. Typically we require additional documentation for banking info and this would help to improve our process. The files that are uploaded here can go to the files on the profile. This would be amazing!

export button on grant summary
In the portal, the grant summary does not include an "export" button like the grant history page does. I think adding this would allow for a consistent experience for users. Please add an "export" button to the grant summary page.

Show 'private' funds in the Foundation Fund search dropdown when in the advisor portal
Add 'private' funds to the Foundation Fund list when clicking on 'Create Grant Request' on the Advisor Portal. These funds currently don't show. We have fund holders who want to make an internal grant from one private fund to another private fund.
Also add the option to search for 'other Foundation Funds' when choosing 'Search Grantee'. An advisor should be able to search for a grantee OR a foundation fund. Currently, searching for a foundation fund is only available when clicking on the 'Previous Grantee' button not the 'Search Grantee' button.

Bringing the Login log up to date with portal login changes
With the coming changes to the portal, specifically, with the multiple paths to login (PIN or ID/PW), this would be a good time to bring the login log up to date also. Some changes to consider maybe be:
Completing the logoff field to indicate whether the logoff was via "Log off" or if the log off was due to a Foundant reset.
Consider an inactivity timeout. An hour would be a good start (an option to choose inactivity minutes would be better).
Log in and log off timestamps (log in Ts already exists).

Grant Request Notes should create a flag in backend so we know there are special instructions on a grant request
The Allow Grant Request Notes gives us the option for fund advisors to put special instructions in as a note. However, when processing in bulk there is no clear way for the grants administrator to see that there are special instructions on that grant. They would also need to scroll all the way to the bottom to see this in the individual grant. So we have this feature turned off. We would like to turn it on, but we want to make sure that it is clear to our users in the back end that there is a special request…

Revise the CSuite login page
Revise the login page so I don't have to scroll down to enter my username and password, and the same with the next page when I need to scroll down to enter my choice for authentication, and the next page when I have to enter the code. Attached are screen shots showing the inconvenience.

Export donor and fund advisor data in grants tab - grantee portal
In the nonprofit portal on the grantee tab, grantee organizations cant export CC giver/fund advisor data for their reporting, CRM, and acknowledgements. Add selectable options to display and export the CC donor and Fund Advisor name, address, email unless the transaction was made anonymously or the profile is anonymous.
