We rarely have people who fail to complete as we do everything we can to follow up and get those reports, but it can happen and this would be a great way in addition to the organization history notes to indicate that they are out of compliance.

We capture a variety of organization "demographic" data that currently our grantees have to re-enter each time they apply because we need the data attached to each particular request. Being able to completely customize this page would be a huge bonus for us. Great suggestion!

An error occurred while saving the comment Nicole Blalock commentedIt would be really useful to be able to copy a question group within a form. There was a similar idea from about 2 years ago for copy-paste a particular question, but in our application, being able to take an entire question group and then tweak it within the same form would be a really great feature.
A use example is this - applicants need to add 4 3rd party responses to their request and each of those 4 people will be given the same exact group of questions. On our side, we would just need to be able to tweak the names of the questions (or have Foundant do so automatically) so that we know the responses are attached to 3rd party 1, 2, 3, or 4 when we pull the reports after the data is disassociated from the original request.
Thanks for considering!
Hi Chris,
Thank you for the updates on these issues. I am certainly interested in both for our organization as it is important to us to be able to keep track of applicants which are out of compliance as we work through our different processes and the "why" they are out of compliance, such as with the expanded statuses would be a great help with that as well.
