Hi Everyone,
Thank for your feedback around columns and formulas in application.
I would love a little more information:
1) do you need all of the data in table type question to be available in reporting OR would you want things like the total to be flagged and only those cartain fields be reportable?2) what is the average size of these table 3×12 for examples?
Thanks for your thoughts as we considering implementing this into the solution.
Sammie

I'd like to be able to have a grantees report on multiple aspects of the same thing. For example, if they are providing services in an area of law (say family) and they are providing services at multiple service levels (say, brief advice and direct representation), then it would be great to have columns with the service types and rows with the areas of law so I could get data on all service types for one area of law. Currently I can ask about service types or about areas of law, but to combine them would require asking multiple questions and having grantees fill out several integer questions. A grid would make that much easier.

I have entire sections of my application form that I want to add to report/follow up forms so that grantees can update on their progress towards meeting certain service goals. It would be great to be able to copy an entire section or multiple questions at once to the report form as shared questions. Adding them one at a time will take a while. Thanks!

It would be great if we could take two number fields or two currency fields and have them interact. For example, if an applicant says they want $10,000 in a request field and they will serve 100 people in a different field it would be nice to have a third field that would divide $10,000 by 100 and produce a cost per person calculation.
