Ability to set a time and date for a process to automatically toggle on
It would be helpful to be able to set a time/date for a process to toggle on.

Please add a "time stamp" to process open/close dates. I had to ask support if closing my process on 4/1/2016 meant it closed when the day started or ended. I would prefer to choose the date AND time that my processes opened and closed. It would be helpful to have these things happen during the work day so that questions and concerns can be addressed during work hours. Otherwise we are opening/closing at midnight and leaving our applicants and third parties hanging quite often. Thank you.
