We are experiencing the same problems! It is really important that the correct donor is getting the credit for their contributions, and with so many duplicates of the same profile that can get complicated. I agree that adding a duplicate address flag would be an extra guard that would help catch duplicate profiles.

We have this same issue! Even if a new tab could be added that says "possible duplicates" that have this information would be great!

This update is super inconvenient when trying to assist fundholders quickly! I had to log in and out of my account three times just by trying to answer one question from a fundholder. While the workarounds are good to know about, it would not provide the most accurate information if our Sandbox isn't synced.
