Profile Duplicates- Lower Percentage Match
We have so many duplicates in our system that do not pop up in the "duplicates" tab because they are not a 100% match.
For example, John Doe and Mr. John Doe would not populate as a duplicate because of the title.
Can there be a function that detects possible duplicates that may match 90%?

Duplicate profiles also end up in the system when donors give online and don't enter their name how it is in the system. This problem will be constant unless there is a process for possible duplicates. Data management can be grueling and any help with this is appreciated.

Totally agree! Other software has options for a "fuzzy" matching that takes into account a certain % of variance in a match. It's easier to say "this isn't a duplicate" with false positives from a fuzzy match than having to hunt through 1,000's of profiles to find duplicates that aren't populating on the duplicate list.
