I was going to add this same idea, but saw it has already been posted. Many of our recipients have fiscal sponsors, and multiple people are involved in completing and submitting follow ups. Often the person who is submitting the report is not the primary contact, so having an option for all collaborators to receive automated emails would be amazing and make it easier for us and our grant recipients.
