Late Follow-ups
It wold be great if Follow-up "Draft" turned red on our dashboard if there were overdue reports. As it is now, we can't tell from our dashboard if there is anything overdue. We have to go into "Draft" and search by date.

Last Modified Date to Custom Columns
Is there a way to add Last Modified Date to Custom Columns?
This would be valuable when looking at applications in draft for ongoing programs to determine if they are current or should be abandoned/deleted.

Grant Number from C-Suite pulled into Decision Form
C-Suite grant number integrated in the Decision Form (with the ability to edit.) I find I am having to backtrack to the Decision Form to enter the grant number after I sync with C-Suite. We use this as a merge field for our grant agreements. We then add the year in front of the C-Suite grant number to ID the grant. That is why I included the edit option as well. Thanks.

Evaluation tally or counter for Evaluators
My Grants Committee Members would appreciate a tally or counter mechanism at the top of the "Application Evaluations Assigned" page so they know how many evaluations they have left to complete at a quick glance. This could be a simple " X / XX evaluations completed" at the top of the page (this would be a function within the "Evaluator 1" and/or "Evaluator 2" roles).

Ability to search within the application
It would be so helpful if we had the ability to search within an application; or, better yet, the ability to easily get to a particular section without having to scroll. For example, a way to easily find the Requested Amount or another field without having to go through the whole document. Either a search feature or some sort of drop-down menu or tabs to get to the different fields easily/quickly.

Restricting or banning organizations based on EIN
If a foundation has a terrible experience with an organization, to the point that they'd rather not have them be able to apply, it would be quicker, and probably less awkward, to be able to restrict or ban their ability to try to apply or create a secondary account based on EIN.
If there's a leadership restructuring, they can contact the Foundation directly to discuss re-admittance.

Administrator Notification Tied to User, Not Role
Hi, all!
I recently contacted support to change a setting for our Grants Manager role so that they could edit fields like administrators. However, since we were in a time crunch, it was suggested we change the two people that immediately needed it to be changed role to Administrator while support was working on it. The problem is:
Every time you change someone's administrative role, they automatically get signed up for every single notification that everyone else with that role is signed up for.

Individual Contact on Request History tab
It would be very helpful to have a column that listed the individual contacts who submitted the request on the Request History tab in the Organization Summary page. When we have large organizations like schools with several different applicants, it would be nice to see who did the individual applications in the request history.

URL merge fields in Email Templates
It would be nice if the URL merge field that can copy/pasted into an email template displayed as a hyperlink with a short name (such as "Logon"), rather than just pasting in a long website address that the recipient then has to copy and paste out of the email themselves. I was pretty surprised when I realized this is what the merge field resulted in, as its pretty unpolished looking. Thanks for considering.

Please simplify mail merge for letters, etc. so that it is as easy an intuitive as mail merge for emails. I have been making mail merge letters for 5 years now and it's clunky and very prone to error. I was struggling with one letter, which was printing the dollar figure for the 1st installment twice. My customer support representative told me about toggling field codes on and off, which is how he found a hidden code. Such hidden codes are unacceptable. Limit applicants to ONE application per process. They start multiple apps—submit one and leave one in draft making follow-up confusing when we reach out to those applicants still in draft to remind them to submit.

customized view in assigned
Love the ability to customize the view in the application phase, I wish that was available in the Evaluation Assigned list as well. We frequently need to add evaluators for particular schools.

Fiscal Due Diligence
I'd like to see one more application stage and/or an extra evaluation stage to account for fiscal due diligence that is separate from the staff review and the board review.

Our board would like to see a Request History tab when they click into a review. Currently they have to go into the org and then request history to see historical information. Then they have a hard time making their way back to their evaluation. Could the Request History tab that is now on the organization's homepage be duplicated onto the evaluation pages?

hard deadline
For those of us who use the follow-up due date function but don't need to set a hard deadline, it would be great not to have to set a "due time." Setting a specific "due time" adds an unnecessary extra step to our process as administrators, even if it doesn't affect our grantees.

Separate files in Create Documents option
When you click on multiple requests in a status and then click Create Document, and choose something, it puts all files into one Word document. It would be nice to have the option to have them as separate files if we wish. For example, right now to get the Write Up template for all 18 requests, I either click on all 18 grants in closed evaluation status and create the Write Up Template merge document, then copy and paste each org's write up into a separate document to save, or I have to create a separate template for each of…

CC and BCC Emails; option to email to multiple addresses
When emailing to students, it would be great to include all of the parents' emails in the BCC line so they receive the email too.
Right now, it needs to be completed one at a time for each student to add the parent's email address.

Batch delete emails from "email history"
It would wonderful to be able to delete emails in batches from "email history" instead of one by one.
Deleting them individually in cases where numerous emails need to be deleted to save space is really onerous.

On the advanced license, if you are utilizing branches on your eligibility quiz, you cannot test a rule that has a question that's in a branch. For example, we have eligibility question 1:

Assign Grant Managers/Administrators to a specific grant
As it stands, we currently have to separately track who is assigned to which grant. It would be wonderful if we could after an LOI is received or grant application submitted to assign that grant to a grant manager or admin. who will work with that group all the way through the process. If this could be visible to the applicant, that would be helpful to the process because they would know who to contact if they have any questions.
