Application Form Time Data
I would like to run a report for our Board members that illustrates the length of time it takes for applicants to complete our grant application form. We wanted to run a report from start time to finish time for each grant applicant and calculate an average time spent on the application. This data would be valuable and help us with our process improvements for our grants program.

Ability to include multiple processes in a one line per organization report
As part of our due diligence, we verify that all applicants have completed a specific, required process. Data from the specific process is also needed in evaluating requests from multiple processes.
Use cases:
Comparing year over year funding to an organization to determine other processes that may be useful to share with an applicant organizationVerifying that a required process has been completed for our due diligence process

Non Paid Organizations
Is it possible to generate a quick list for all my non-paid organizations within a certain time frame? The Reporting and data sets is way to cumbersome to achieve this easily.

Organization History Quick Export
I would love a "quick export" option from the Organization's Request History tab. So many ways this could be valuable.

Report generation for Giving Circles (role)
We would love to provide our Giving Circles the ability to run their own evaluation reports so when they meet as a group they can discuss their own evaluations for submitted grants. Much easier for them to do it than staff. If this needs to be a new role assigned that would be fine.

Data sets: converting blanks to zeros
It would be great to have the option to convert every blank in a column to zeros. Foundant datasets will not let me use formulas on a set of cells if one cell in that row is blank. Many of these cells will often be optional, and we don't require grantees or staff to fill it out of the answer is 0, but we would like the reporting system to register it as a 0.

Request Status dates
It would be extremely helpful to be able to pull the "Request Status" by date filter into a report. We added new custom impact rating questions to some of our forms to track the success/impact of the grant and would like to pull all grants closed in a particular fiscal year to see that data. Right now we can only pull closed grants by decision date which doesn't give us what we need.

evaluation summary
Our committee would like to see a summary of all evaluations by process. Similar to the option we have with merging template for applications that spits out a word document. This would be helpful for our committee discussions.

Organization Report
It would be great to have a data set for Organizations. Similar to what you have for evaluations, payments, installments, etc.

Include name of the report on the Run Report page
Currently I only see the name of the Data Set, but not the name of the report I am working on, on the Run Report page. When I change the filters or fields on a report and save it as a new report, it would be incredibly helpful to see the name of the report in addition to the data set.

Create a way to store and easily access formulas used in reports
It would be wonderful to be able to save report formulas so I do not have to copy and paste from another report each time I want to add a formula. For example, I use a formula to calculate Payment Fiscal Year, and a different formula to calculate Decision Fiscal Year. Right now I store them in an excel spreadsheet, but it would be great to be able to "Save" formulas and then select them by name for any report.

Allow an Organization's Description to be Exported
When we pull excel sheets, we list the description of the organization with the grant information each year to present to our Board. Instead of having our applicants re-enter that information or manually entering it year after year, it would be helpful to allow the "Description" information in the Organization Summary section be exportable in the Reports & Data Sources tab.

being able to sort follow up reports by approval date
I am running serial reports on a follow up in batches as they are reviewed and marked complete. It would be nice to be able to filter these reports by the approval date. Right now I can only sort by initial submit date or date modified. If the report was modified after submission by one our administrators - for instance if we had to contact the grantee for additional information, that date effects our ability to run serial reports based on the last report run. Simple solution - add date completed for follow ups.

Print Reports to PDF - Format Options
It would be great to have a few customizable options before a report prints to PDF. Among those: 1) TITLE: currently prints with the root data set (ie COMMITMENTS): can it at least print with the REPORT NAME as the title, or, even better, with a customizable header? 2) LANDSCAPE v PORTRAIT 3) Color Scheme: Even a set of 8 different color schemes could be really helpful to not have to re-format before, for instance, a board meeting. The grey is ok, but being able to pick the foundation colors / more presentable gradients would be great. 4) Margins /…

read only option for reporting
Hi,
It would be helpful if we could have a read only option for reports. Recently staff has been in my reports and saving different filters (instead of saving a different report) without my knowing and when I go to review reports I think that there is tech glitches. Secondly maybe in that read only mode, they can only modify that report if they save it under a different name.

Third Party Responses/Reporting
We have a teaching awards program that includes two third party responses in the nomination (application). One is for the teacher that is being nominated to complete and one is for the teacher’s principal to complete. A few times during the nomination process we like to pull a report so that we can see who has and who hasn’t submitted their third party response. Reporting as of a date
I would like to have the option to pull reports in Foundant "as of" a certain date. We use information stored in Foundant for grants management, as well as for accounting and tax purposes. It would be extremely helpful to be able to pull reports in Foundant "as of 12/31/2015" or "as of 8/31/2016" etc. A common need for us is to know what was outstanding as of the end of a certain month, quarter, or year, and currently is very difficult to get that information. Adding the follow-up report due date as a data field for reports.
Adding the follow-up report due date as a data field for reports. I need to run a report but some of the results that are coming back do not apply as their follow-up due date is outside of the regular schedule, which means I have to manually sift through those grants to determine which ones truly belong in my report. It would be helpful to be able to filter based on when the follow-ups are due, but that is not currently a data field choice.

Add multiple report filters to run all together instead of one at a time
I suggest you allow multiple filters to be added to a report BEFORE the report runs. I am pulling from a large amount of data. Every time I add a new filter it runs through the whole set, and I have about six filters to add.
