Adding the follow-up report due date as a data field for reports. I need to run a report but some of the results that are coming back do not apply as their follow-up due date is outside of the regular schedule, which means I have to manually sift through those grants to determine which ones truly belong in my report. It would be helpful to be able to filter based on when the follow-ups are due, but that is not currently a data field choice.

Hi Leslie,
Both Follow Up Due Date and Follow Up Status should be available when creating a data set.
These will be found in the Forms Section of the Request tab. Due Date will be the follow up and submission status is the status of the specific form.
Remember any time you are running a report on follow ups you want to change the top-right drop-down to “One row per Form”
If you need help creating this report don’t hesitate to reach out to support. Also, remember you can always type a date in the quick search on the follow up draft workload grid as well.
