Third Party Responses/Reporting
We have a teaching awards program that includes two third party responses in the nomination (application). One is for the teacher that is being nominated to complete and one is for the teacher’s principal to complete. A few times during the nomination process we like to pull a report so that we can see who has and who hasn’t submitted their third party response. The way that we have been doing it is to include the date and signature fields from the third party response in the report, but what we’ve found is that sometimes those fields have been completed, but the response has not been submitted. I know that we can look at Draft or Submitted to see the number of third party responses submitted, but we'd like a way to pull that information into a report.
