Add note to profile list more than one fund
When adding a note to a profile and selecting the fund name, add the ability to include more than one fund. We find that many times one person is connected to multiple funds.

Bulk Edit Notes
Just like we can delete bulk notes, it would be nice to have an edit option to change task type, who, etc.
We have notes that were imported (more than 19,000) from our conversation in 2019 that we are now getting around to sorting through. It would be nice to bulk add the name of the employee for specific notes.

edit notes
I'd like an easy way to edit a note I just created. Perhaps an "edit" button or link at the site of the note within the profile. I see that one can add Sticky or Rollup characteristics to the note but I don't see how to edit it without having to leave the profile.

Bulk complete tasks
From the task list, you should be able to mark all or multiple tasks complete, similar to how you can do so with the "Approve All" feature in the grants bucket.

Notes Management Tab
We would love to see profile notes get their own tab on each profile, separate from the main profile page, where notes could be archived, managed, and searched for that profile. Only pinned notes and maybe the 2-3 most recent notes would automatically appear on the main profile page.

One click task completion
We use to have the ability to finish tasks with one click from the task manager page. Now it is at least three clicks or more just to get it to go away. I understand the options to edit/add notes/etc but that shouldn't come at the sacrifice of simplicity for the user.
Could a one click option be on the task manager page as its own column? Then the user can decide whether they want to complete it or edit it.

I love the recurring task function, however, there is no option for WEEKLY - can that be added?

private notes for each user
It would be nice to have the ability to mark a note "private" so that it is visible only to the user who entered it. This would be helpful if someone wants to remember something that should not necessarily be visible to all staff.

System Generated Notes
We are spending time each week going back and reviewing and copying over the System Generated Notes that come from donor notes/special instructions in Stripe. This means taking several steps to manually copying them over to the Donation Transaction so that they show up on the donor portal. It is the only way we can ensure that donor intent is carried over for our advisors to see in the donor portal. It can take a long-time during heavy volumn times like year end.

Allow ability to change staff name on note when creating the note
Would love to see the option to select a staff member when you create the note vs. saving and going back in to edit. There are instances when admins put notes in and then the note is tied to their name when running reports, etc.

Notes - Apply to more than one transaction at once?
It would be helpful if we could reference multiple transactions within CSuite when creating a note for a transaction. E.g. if there is a note on a donation and I also want the note on the deposit transaction I have to create the note multiple times. Was hoping notes could reference more than one transaction so they could display on whatever transactions they referenced.

log filter by Task Type to better support staff and data integrity
Sort log by Task Type in CS, GLM, SLM.
We have a Task type of Record Adjustment Action, used to notifiy staff of specific updated (new address/cell/email, deceased, update in NPO Execs). Being able to sort by Type, give DB Manager opportunity to review changes, ensure data integrity and identify gaps in Standard Work or Training opportunities across CSuite, GLM, SLM.

Note Fields Available in Grant Report and Buckets
It would be really helpful if I could filter by note type in grant reports and grant buckets. We have grants that need to be flagged for additional due diligence. I have added the Note field to my report, but I have to scan through them all to see why there is a note as I do my follow up.
