Bulk Add Notes
I would like the option to bulk add a note to a group of funds. For instance, I would like to see a list of the "Designated Funds" and be able to click "Bulk Add Note" to add a note / alert to all Designated Funds.

Donation and Grant report by fiscal and calendar year
When running Donation and grant reports - would be nice to have the option to run these by both Fiscal and Calendar year, since statements are often ran on a Calendar Year

Service Area - Expanded Options
It would be nice if the service area could be expanded to allow the user to select multiple options within a service area. For example, if I set a service area as a county and then set the cities within that service area I would be able to select not just the county, but also the city. This could then make for a more nuanced reporting that allows the user to sort by county or city but it all under the umbrella term of a service area.

Fund Summary
'List All' funds would be most beneficial - we have 70 groups - so 70 summaries to combine.

Funds: Ability to archive fund groups, subgroups, division, segments
I'm putting this under the "Funds" category but it would be equally useful on many other objects.
When we first migrated to CSuite from a different accounting system, it was recommended that we keep our old funding structure in place, and only change it once we had time to get used to the system.

Funds - List DAFs and List Agency
When you go to Funds and click List DAFs or List Agency, closed funds are included in the listings. Is there a way to please mark in red which Funds are closed in these particular listings? You should be able to pull these listings up and not see closed Funds. Very confusing.

Fund Page - Summary Report - Multiple Years Displays Wrong Data
When you are in a fund and click Reports from left menu, it provides you with the ability to enter a date range or choose from the prebuilt date options. If a User enters a multi-year date range, the data displayed on this fund's report is wrong, particularly the Grant data under CY and LY columns. In addition, the system does not provide any information on what CY or LY represent in this report. There needs to be a disclaimer that this report should only be used for a 1 year summary. Bulk Attach Files visible in each Fund
When attaching a file in bulk to all of our Funds to share on the Fund Advisor Portal, I can see the file on their portals. But I cannot see the file in each individual Fund. It doesn't make sense to bulk attach a file and then not be able to see it in each fund.

Parent Funds Bulk Edit
We have many parent / child fund relationships. We have one particular relationship with 1 parent and 140 child funds. No bulk edit feature yet - you have to tag them one by one.

Anniversary Acknowledgement Letters
We'd like to create templates that we could bulk download per month for anniversaries in a similar fashion to using tax receipt templates for donation acknowledgements.
I've attached an example of something along the lines of what we are currently utilizing for fund anniversaries. This is just for DAF fundholders currently, but we are also working toward creating anniversary or some other type of regular acknowledgements for nonprofit endowment and designated fundholders. Spendable Transaction Detail list
The list the appears when you click on spendable when in a fund, it would be nice if you could adjust the columns to filter by date/transaction ID etc. Right now the oldest balance is at the top and I have to scroll all the way down to see the most recent activity. Would be nice to have that most recent activity on the top.

short name
We are new users and are quite surprised (disappointed) that there is no field to record the account ID number used by our investment manager on a Fund profile. Our work-around is to use the SHORT NAME field for the ID No.
Also, it would help if the SHORT NAME field - for our purposes anyway - would appear in the uneditable Audit Detail Reports in Admin Fees and Rev Share sections.

Short Name Field in Funds
Increase the Short Name field when creating a new fund to be longer. This always stops me from creating a new fund.

Add a Pass Thru Fund flag to the fund profile in the restrictions section. This is a frequent coding for funds and it would be helpful if it was a standand field an not custom field

fixed amounts for bond purchases
We use bond purchases as part of our investment pool. It would nice if we could set a set amount to these accounts and not a percentage for cash management.

subgroups
Create the ability to assign multiple subgroups to a fund. For funds that have multiple types of subgroups, but only being able to assign one subgroup to a fund, doesn't show the whole picture when pulling reports.
