don't let unposted donations hit fund portal or appear on donation lists until after posting
Currently, donations show up on the online fund portal immediately after creation and before they have been posted. They are also included on donation reports before they are posted. Please don't show any unposted donations on the fund portal or on donation lists until after they are posted.

Please allow content editing in donation notify
We use the donation notify function for active funds who wish to send their own thank you notes. The donation notify body is not editable to include the donor address. In order for the fund rep to get this information, we have to cut and paste or type the address into the description box. The address fields should be available to drop into customizable content to save this step.

Recurring donations: add the option to add notes and files to the main recurring donation.
Right now, you can't add notes or files to the main recurring donation- only to the individual donations linked to it. It would be helpful to have the option to add information to the main donation so that you don't have to go through each linked donation.

Year-End Tax Receipt - for donors $250+ include all donations made by donor
When running year-end tax receipts, if we include criteria of $250+, if a donor made a donation of $250+, include all gifts made that that donor during that year.

For bulk year-end emailed receipts, ability to filter by donation amount
We want to email bulk receipts to gifts of $250+, but we can't bulk do that as some of the profiles don't have an email. The system kicks the job out, says we need to add emails to the profiles (there are a lot) before we can process. So we ran a custom report with Email is not Null, but to do that I can't get to the donation amount field to add that filter.

Recurring Donation
It would also be helpful to see incoming recurring donations in need of posting to come up on the donations page, on the review page or in its own bucket. Additionally, have recurring donations with an end date not be on the main list, but to be on their own separate list.

In-Kind Donations
Currently when in-kind donations are entered a monetary value is required, but our organization does not assign worth to items donated such as furniture or books. It would be useful if the "Amount" was optional for In-Kind donations so we do not have to go outside of CSuite to create a thank you letter/receipt.

Fund Advisors donating to their 'Private' funds-showing as Promoted on Donation Portal
Fund Advisors should be able to donate gifts/contributions to their funds from the donor portal when they are logged in even when those funds are marked as Private on the fund level. This should NOT then show their private funds to the Foundations 'Promote' page for donations. This appears to indicate to the donor/organizations that the Foundation is promoting their Fund which is not the case. This is misleading. Ability to change the subject line on email donations
I'd love to be able to change the subject line on email donations. My co-worker is currently copy/paste changing the email subject line for every single email donation! I know this functionality exists in other parts of C-Suite so I'd love to see it extended to this area.

Recurring Donations - auto create task for next recurrence
I believe it would be helpful/beneficial to have a Task automatically created for each initial Recurring Donations. This can prevent missing any RD that need to be posted for the intervals to continue.
When a RD is created via online the first donation is automatically posted BUT the actual RD is not. With not "Posting Donation" in the RD itself the intervals do not continue. Ideally, in the task page on the left menu under Me there can be a category "Recurring Donation Tasks", and from here we'd be able to view those that NEED posting in order for the…

Similar to how a header, footer, etc. can be added and customized for the affiliate donation portal, it would be great if separate header, footer, etc. language could be added for the affiliate donor portal as well. Thanks for considering!

tribute report
Please have the tribute reports list the donations in chronological order and not randomly like they currently appear. Or at least give us the option to export and sort by date.

On the main donation screen for internal grants, show the fund name the grant is coming from.
On the main donation screen for an internal grant, either expand the Donor field to show the Foundation and internal fund name that's to the right of the 'dash' or add a column 'From grant fund name'.

Correct Error Message on Tribute Address Entry on Donation Portal
On the Donation Portal, when a donor selects to add a Tribute Name and mailing address, if they enter the full state name in the address, the site responds with the following error message "Address validation error, ARIZONA is not valid"
It is not obvious to all donors that they need to change the state name to the state abbreviation. Please correct the error message so that it lets the donor know what they need to change.

Add multiple advisors on donations
Instead of only being able to add one advisor per donation, it would be great if we could add multiple advisors to one donation so that when we pull the "tax receipts" we can notify multiple people if the situation calls for it.

Configurable Grant Catalog Shopping Cart Expiration Date
For our giving day or other special fundraising events that are run through the Grant Catalog, we would like to be able to allow donors to do research & fill their cart with all of their planned donations, but then hold it for the future, so on the date of the even they can just hit "submit."

Report using filter for "or" instead of "and"
Want to be able to extract data by using two different filters using the "or" instead of "and". Example would be to extract gifts by donation service Id or profile service Id.

Anonymous Donor
A profile can be marked as anonymous, which will make all future and past donations anonymous, however, this does not apply to when the donor is the "Advised Donor" for a donation. Since the donor's profile is marked as anonymous, it would be nice if this also apply to any Advised donations.

"Net Donation Amount" field in reports
I would like to be able to be able to include a "Net Donation Amount" field in the donation reports that I run. This field would show the donation amount AFTER credit card fees have been removed from credit card donations. E.g. a $100 donation would show a net amount of something like $96.90.
This way, when sending reports to fund holders that request them, the fund holder will be able to see an accurate dollar amount for credit card donations.
