In-Kind Donations
Currently when in-kind donations are entered a monetary value is required, but our organization does not assign worth to items donated such as furniture or books. It would be useful if the "Amount" was optional for In-Kind donations so we do not have to go outside of CSuite to create a thank you letter/receipt.

That isn't the problem we are having though, CSuite requires that we enter an amount associated with the In-Kind donation. The system doesn't allow you to enter zero. So we wouldn't be able to process a template designated for in-kind donations if we can't produce a donation. That's why I was stating it would be helpful if the "Amount" section was optional or if we could even enter a zero value as we do not assign monetary value to in-kind gifts.
