multifund internal grants
It would be great if the system would allow a multifund internal grant. We often have multiple in house funds that we use for granting and we have to enter each as a 1:1 grant.

Tribute Sorting
It would be very useful if we could sort the "Donations Needing Tribute Notifications Sent" page by the columns "ID Date Donor Fund Payment Method Amount Tribute" like on the Grants page. There are many times we need to merge tributes or are only interested in looking at the tributes to one fund, and this sorting capability would be very helpful when looking for duplicate tribute names or viewing one fund at a time.

Add an indication of who has approved a grant on the grant approval screen
We have multiple grant approvers required in the process to do a grant, and these are layered according to job responsibilities. When I go to the Grant section to approve grants there is no indication as to which approvers have already approved grants, and therefore I have to open each one to determine if my approval is required. A column on this screen would allow me to identify which grants are ready for my approval.

grant letters
So, the wording in my grant letter is different based on if it is being sent via check or ach. It would be ideal if I could specify grant letters based on a profile. For example, profile 3162 is an organization that receives ACHs, I would like to be able to specify that any grant to that organization would use the ACH grant letter.

New Check Workflow for Grants, Please Add Memo Line to Create Grant Screen
In the new workflow you can now write the memo line for the check when creating vouchers to pay vendors -- a great improvement! The ability to write the memo line when creating grants would also be a huge improvement. As it stands you must now intentionally go in as a separate step (with no prompting) and write the memo line for each and every check, which is much more difficult than the old process ... particularly when working in batches. Please incorporate the memo line in the grant creation screen as you did for vendor vouchers.

Sequential Grant Numbers
In an effort to more easily find and track grants, it would be helpful for them to be sequential. Even better, it would be great if users could determine the grant numbers. For example, in FIMS we would restart our numbers every year at the beginning of the fiscal year (i.e. 20230001). This way, whenever I see a grant, I immediately know which fiscal year it was awarded. And if I made a mistake on a grant, I could go back in and start the numbering over from where the mistake was made.

Add Payment Dates for Beneficiary Grants
Can you please allow an option to post beneficiary grants by date? For various reasons, we want to pay out our beneficiary grants in different months but they currently all populate at one time.

Full Filtering Functionality in Grants Paid Bucket
It would be very useful to us to have the full filter functionality that exists in all of the other grant buckets in the Grants Paid Bucket. Currently, there are a very limited number of filter fields available. We would use this to filter grants that we would send to GLM. See the attached example.

Description Field on New Grant Request for Fundadvisors
Description online Fundadvisor Grant Request - it would be helpful to change the field title of Description to Description of Grant Request. Fundadvisors are confused and insert description fo the Grantee and put notes about the grant at the bottom. The Description is what is carried through to the grant process

HTML and Merge Field Compatibility for Grant Letter Email Template
Please make the grant_ letter_ email_ body template in site custom content HTML compatible! It appears every template is html compatible except this one.
It would also be helpful to have more merge fields available within this template. For example, payment amount and payment description/memo!
Without the html compatibility, you are unable to create line breaks or format any text which is very frustrating. Without additional merge fields, very limited information can be communicated to grantees.

Recurring Grants
Recurring grants do not automatically get placed into the larger grant bucket. This needs to be fixed because it makes it very easy to miss a monthly or annually recurring grant if you don't have many of them.

Voiding Grant Requests
After voiding a grant request in CSuite, if you don't take note of the grant request number (which we don’t do), there is no way to go back and find that voided grant request. It seems like it should be much more easily found - like on the fund, grantee, and/or fund advisor profile. You should also be able to run a report on voided grant requests.
Similarly, when a fund advisor cancels a grant request on their side of things, this comes across in CSuite as a voided grant request - it looks the same as when one of…

Add a security warning to the cancel grants feature in the Donor Portal?
Right now when a fund advisors cancels a grant in the Portal it is done automatically. It was suggested by an advisor that instead there should be a warning alert "are you sure you want to cancel" instead of it being automatic. Great feedback!

grant types - multiselect option
grant types - multiselect option.
Some Funds and Grantees have more than one area of interest. I would like to have a multiselect option for Grant Types.
Perhaps in the back end, there can be an option for multi-select OR single select on a fund/grantee. Then those who only have one grant type across their system would be able to just have one. Orgs who have a need for multiple types, can change it to a multiselect option.

Lengthen Grant Summary Character Limit
We've found that the Grant Summary on a grant in CSuite is only 250 character limit. It would be more beneficial for us if it were 500-1000 character limit as we use this field for our Approved Grant Purpose that in turn, appears on Grant Letters once it's Synced to GLM.

Template Fields for Award Letters
I was really excited when the Award Letter template was created however, I am not able to use it to my full capacity because of the limited template fields. The only format a name can be put into the letter is (Last Name, First Name). Especially in fourth quarter, I will not have time to make such manual changes to each letter.
Why aren't all template fields accessible for each template? I hope they will expand these options sooner rather than later.

Ability to view the entire name of available fields in custom reports
Can we please have the ability to expand the column of available fields, so that we can actually see the entire name for those fields with long names. Right now, I have to guess at which field is the name field because all I can see is an entire list that says: "Grant Request Primary Adv...."

Expand the character allowance for Fund Beneficiary descriptions
Please find a way to make the Fund Beneficiary description field capable of containing unlimited characters.
Currently the Fund Beneficiary description field allows only ~254 characters. Some descriptions are significantly more characters than this (one of our longest, which MUST be merged into the grant agreement/grant letter, is more than 2250 characters!).
Please find a way to make this field capable of containing unlimited characters, so we can actually create spendable AND use templates directly from CSuite for our annual distributions.

Warning Before Deleting on All Pages
It would be great if there was always an "are you sure you want to delete this?" message before something is gone forever. There is no warning message when clicking delete on the recurring grants page. There might be other pages where this is the case as well. Thanks for considering!
