All Fund Advisors to filter exports by date for donations and grants
Currently, when a Fund Advisor exports the contributions or grants, the report contains every gift or grant from the very beginning of the fund. It would be helpful if they could run the report for a specific date range.

Please add a column in grants/scholarships with name of staff who entered the grant
We have multiple people entering grants, and in FIMS, we would batch them by the staff person who was responsible for processing them because the staff name was populated, where in CSuite, it is not.
Almost everything in CSuite shows a log, surprised that this isn't already available. We are trying to figure out a new workflow without having the staff names available.

YTD contributions and grants on fund statement
Our donors like seeing their donations and grants detail on their statement which currently shows only the grants/donation detail for the period the statement is for. We would love to be able to show YTD contributions and grants they've made on their quarterly statements. Q2 statement should show grants for Jan-Jun, not just Apr-June.
This can be used for our endowments as well. If they had distributions, they can see when they took distributions if we show YTD data.Thank you so much for voting and considering this idea!

beneficiaries - dollar amounts and percentages for those that process in the GLM
Hello!
I know that you can create a recurring grant in CSuite and be able to add specific dollar amounts to the beneficiary. However, we process our grants through the GLM and then sync to CSuite. We want to be able to use the beneficiary field to indicate what static disbursements occur. Sometimes this is a blend of percentage and fixed amounts. Being able to have a blend of percentages and fixed amounts would be ideal.

Balance swap detail report
It would be swell if we could run a report that summarizes the detail in the amount of a calculated balance swap. Swaps that occur to or from our Operating fund are always a funky amount, and I understand that it's a mix of payables, grants, fees, etc. but it would be great if we could get a report (or see a screen) that summarizes all the transactions that constitute that swap amount.

Saving Original Grant Recommendations from Donor Portal
Hello,
We have noticed that the original online grant recommendation does not get saved with the grant if any changes are made. Any editing / changing of the grantee changes the original request, which is in fact editing any true backup of the grant. It would be nice to save the complete untouched original way the grant came into the "Request" bucket. I have been having to take screen shots, as to ensure I am not messing up the original request, because once it's changed that back up is gone.

expense account drop-down menu
Please go back to having the Expense Account as a drop down menu instead of a search bar when creating a grant!

Grants: Copied Grants are not pulling in the grant advisor
When a grant is copied the grant advisor should also be copied automatically. It currently defaults to "none" leaving the field blank.

when a grant is copied the attachments should also be copied
When entering grants from an attached list serving as backup, I would like the ability to copy the grant along with the attachment I uploaded to the first grant to avoid having to reattach it on the following copied grants.

interfund grants crediting wrong grantee
As of January 2022, an interfund grant to an endowed fund names the fund-beneficiary org as the grantee when the fund is part of an "affiliate Group" in CSuite. This is inaccurate - these are community foundation assets, and listing the transaction as a grant is incorrect in most cases. When the beneficiary org is a separate legal entity (there's a check box for that) this is accurate -it is a grant to the beneficiary because the fund is an asset of the Supporting Org.

Grant Approval - Return to Approval List
It would be great if once you have approved a grant, the system returns you to the Approval List. Currently, it returns you to the Grant you just approved and you have to click List to go back to the Approval list to review the next grant. Reducing the number of clicks a user has to do would be much more efficient!

Need the option added to be able to select ALL or check off specific grants we want to be created when doing the Create Spendable Grant process .

Household or Individual Fund Advisor selection for grant entry
When a fund advisor submits a grant online, allow the advisor to select if the grant is from an individual advisor or the full household. This will then populate the appropriate contact information within the grant to merge into the grant letter for appropriate acknowledgement. At this time this is a manual change for each grant as it only pulls in information for the 1 advisor submitting the grant request.

Sponsored Org for GLM synced grants
It would be helpful when syncing GLM grants to have the ability to use the 'Sponsored Org' link. Grant applicants requiring a fiscal sponsor should be set as the 'Sponsored Org'; by CSuite definition: "The name of the organization that is not the qualified nonprofit" and the fiscal sponsor would be the grantee.

Donation & Grant Summaries on Donor and Grantee Tab
Donation & Grant Summaries on Donor and Grantee Tabs - Freeze Fund Name Column. It would be helpful if the fund name column on the donation and grant summaries tabs for donors and grantees could be locked as you scroll right to look at year-by-year amounts or for the total. Currently, the fund name columns get hidden by the left side menus. At the very least can you consider moving the totals to the first column next to the fund name.

Link grant to Opportunity
We would like to be able to link a grant to an opportunity. We are hoping to use opportunities to track our relationships with potential grantee organizations and then link a grant (internal or external) in the end.

stock proceeds to spendable
When coding a stock donation to go to spendable it would be helpful to have the proceeds show as spendable and not the donation.
When a grant is issued right after a stock donation has been posted we want to issue the amount of the proceeds.

Conditional pledge functionality should be created.
The system allows for conditional grants to be recorded, but often times pledges are associated to the conditional grants making the pledge also conditional. The system does not currently have functionality to record a pledge as conditional and then have it reversed through a system fund in the same way that a conditional grant does.
