Envelopes and other changes to yearly tax receipts
The receipting system is rife with problems. For one, donor acknowledgments or thank you are called tax receipts. The yearly contribution statement outlining all of the donors giving activity is also called a tax receipt. This naming convention was a challenge in a recent support request when I wanted to generate envelopes for the yearly tax receipt. The customer support individual was entirely unaware of the two entirely separate processes. I would encourage you to change the naming convention of these two workflows. Include FedID (SSN/EIN) # field to grant request forms
We'd like the fund advisors to be able to input the FedID (SSN/EIN) # when they're inputting grant requests on their end. It takes more time and energy for our people to track down this information, and having it provided from the get go would be ideal!

Grant letter template fields include Household name option
It would be nice in grant letters to have an option to use the Household mailing label name. In our grant letters we like to include "if you would like to say thank you" section so the grantee can directly thank the fundholders. However, I have two individuals in a household that both want their own access to the fund advisor portal, when they individually submit a grant request it appears the only field available for the grant template will be that individual advisor name. However, it should be the entire household that is thanked, not just the one individual…

Grant Report Sort by Date
When you run a grant history report the default setting is that the report is oldest to newest. It would be nice if either you could change the default or choose the sort order. Typically the oldest grants are closed, and I'm working on the newest grants. It's very rarely that I want grants sorted from oldest to newest.

Sponsored Org
It would be helpful (and less room for error) if an organization was a sponsored org to automatically populate within a grant. There should be a way to link the profiles to do so (IE: Who check is made out to).

auto grant notify - ability to choose who receives reply
It appears that whoever posts a grant payment is the person who will receive a message if a donor replies to the notification itself. We would like the ability to choose who receives the reply. In our case, those responses are best coming to someone in the grants department as opposed to our controller who is posting the payments.

Recurring grants- it would be helpful if existing recurring grants could be edited
Recurring grants- it would be helpful if existing recurring grants could be edited by grantee or amount. The alternative is to cancel it and create a new one, which loses the history of past activity linked to the same commitment.

Grants: Add grant letter template to grant creation template
Please bring back the ability to choose a grant letter template within the grant creation template. It appears this has not been replaced with the awards template option, which we do not use. To have to update the grant letter template after the fact is more work and very time consuming.

Grant Workflow and Template Fields - Add "User" fields
I have two requests related to users/staff for grant processing.
Please add User/Staff fields (profile name and title) to the template fields list for grant letters. We include a signature block in every grant letter, but we have multiple staff members who process grants. There is no flexibility for the grant letter to list the staff member who processes the grant in the signature block, so our current letters have a static signature block that contains the name and signature of one of our grant processors. It would be nice if we could add name and title to the signature…

Grant Check/Letter Print Order Sorting
It would be nice to enable the ability to choose the sorting order for grant check/document printing.
It is wonderful that the letters and checks print in the same order, but it would be more useful if they were sorted by fund first and organization second.
I realize our process probably doesn't match everyone's, so being able to toggle that sort order on and off would let people choose what sorting is preferable.

Missing Grant Letters
Every so often with the new grant letter update - we seem to be missing a chunk of grant letters. Sometimes a partial batch and sometimes a whole batch. The column that is supposed to say 'grant letter' is empty. They are MIA for a few days, and then magically appear. Need to fix that!

grant catalog donors listed in portal
After completing a recent grant catalog cycle, we have a fiscally sponsored group who likes to send out their own thank you notes. I told them they could find the donors in their portal, however, the grant catalog only comes in as one lump sum grant and does not show the list of donors that gave to their campaign, which I can see on the back end easily in the report. It would be nice to be able to click on the grant amount from a grant cycle in their portal so that they can see each individual who gave.

Multiple Grants from one fund
It would be really nice to be able to generate multiple grants from one fund at a time.
"Example Fund" grants out 10 grants in December to 10 different organizations. It would be nice to have a screen to generate these, similar to the Voucher screen

GLM Grant Multi Fund
Currently synching GLM Grants to C-Suite, you cannot award them with multiple funds. Clicking the "multi-fund" button when creating a grant from GLM errors saying we cannot do that. Instead, we have to create installments in GLM to sync over to C-Suite, for one grant, to allow us to assign multiple funds.
It would be great to be able to just allow multiple funds to be assigned to one grant that was synced over from GLM.

grant refund - grant type
The Fund Grant Type Name shoud carryover from the orginal grant into the grant refund or, at the very least, have a place to enter the Fund Grant Type Name in the grant refund record.
When running reports by Fund Grant Type Name, refunds are blank resulting in the need to manually code them in excel each time a report is run.

Readability of Font Colors of Hyperlinks
With the new update, the readability between purple and blue is more difficult because new font. Would love for there to be a more distinct color change once something has been clicked on.
Ex. When you first see a specific fund name, grant ID, etc. it will be blue. But once clicked on it will change to purple so you know what you have accessed previously.

Grant wish list for Fund Advisors
It would be great if a Fund Advisor had a "wish list" part of the Fund Advisor portal where they could record organizations they may want to make a grant to in the future.

Show Liability Account Breakdown in Fund
Just like you can see the assets listed by account when viewing a fund, please add the ability to see the liabilities listed by account when viewing a fund. We have many accounts with outstanding grants payable or accounts payable that cause a disconnect between the fund balance and the asset balance but takes quite a search to determine what those are. Having the same view for Liabilities as you do for Assets on a fund would be incredibly helpful.
