  1. If you implement a look back date on the new fund history charts in the portal, there should be somewhere that shows that date, so donors understand why they may only see a certain time period.

  2. We have two SLM licenses – one for Scholarships and one for Hardships. Unfortunately, for our fund advisors accessing their hardships fund on the fund advisor portal, the experience is less than ideal. We need options for how this information is presented on the (1) Home Page and (2) Scholarships Tab.

  3. Allow funds related to a donor to exist in the donor's fund advisor record, even those they are not 'advising' so all funds can be visible in one place. Allow the option to have a fund 'hidden' on the fund advisor portal.

  4. We have fund advisor portal users who have many, many funds viewable on the fund advisor portal. Currently, these funds auto-sort alphabetically by name, with no way to otherwise sort or segment them. Adding the ability to manually sort and/or segment an advisor's funds would be extremely useful; for example, it would be nice to segment funds by fund group or by profile fund link to illustrate to beneficiary organizations the difference between funds they founded and funds they benefit from.   5. It would be great if a "notes" tab or "messaging" tab was available on the Fund Advisor Portal so we could communicate with the advisor(s) when they log in to their fund. We have an agency endowed fund that requires the agency to request distributions and if they don't request it, the funds can accumulate year to year. This year when creating a distribution, the total accumulated amount would put the fund under water. Would be nice to have a mail box with an indication of a message so they could see something like "If you chose to take your…

  6. Can we offer a tab in the fund portal for fund holders to view admin fees on demand? Our current option to offer the financials tab is more than we'd like to release, so separating out just the admin fees would be a nice feature.

  7. We assign DAF access to our staff in each affiliate through the Fund Advisor Portal - when staff leave, we only have one option: Delete the entire advisor record and create an entirely new advisor record with access for the new staff person. The exiting staff person for whom I must do this at this point has 27 funds connected to her Fund Advisor record.

    Couldn't there be some way to simply reassign that existing advisor record with all 27 of those funds?... similar, in my mind, to Change Donor in Donations? The opportunity for error while recreating that access…

  8. When a grant comes through the online donor portal and it is changed from a internal to external or vice versa, the correct expense/revenue accounts are not automatically updating. The only solution that I was given by the CSM was to manually change this, which is the solution we had also come up with. It would be nice and less room for error or correction if the site was programmed to automatically do this.

  9. Would like to see the fund advisor portal show the name of the fund, not the public name. Or have an option to choose one or the other. We have a few funds that include sub-funds for accounting purposes -- the sub-funds all use the same public name.

  10. Our fund advisors expect to see current monthly/quarterly/ytd investment results when they view a current month's fund statement on the portal. Please develop a banner-alert type of feature that would enable us to easily update a monthly note with investment results to appear on each advisors main page. This note feature would also be very useful for posting other info of interest to our advisors. We currently provide the investment results in a fund statement footer, and since we have 6 different fund stmt templates, it is a very inefficient process to update the templates each month

  11. We have a few funds that have "Read Only" Fund Advisors. Meaning they can not request any grants and can only view the donations, grants, and statements. It would be nice to either mark the read only advisors or hide them on the list of advisors.

  12. The description of invoices lives on the invoice item level, but the fund advisor portal only shows the invoice level - ie. Fund advisors can view the invoice ID, amount and customer name, but not any description of what the invoice is for.

    It would be great if, when the fund advisor exported the invoices tab, it showed all invoice items, quantities, etc.

  13. Many of our Donor Advised Funds have multiple fund advisors. When a disbursement is recommended, we require a majority of the advisors to approve the disbursement.
    Currently in CSuites, there is only a primary advisor approval (one advisor is the primary).
    It would be great if multiple advisors can approve a disbursement through CSuites.

  14. Currently you have to go to a person's profile to make them a fund advisor and add the fund. It would be great if you could also create the advisor from the actual fund profile.

    Also when you create a fund advisor, you have to create their login, save it, then go back in to add the fund. The system should allow you to add the fund all in the same step when you create the advisor's login. Why are there additional steps?

  15. When fund advisors update their account info, our staff receive an email notification with a link to the fund advisor record. We need to click on the link, go to the profile, and then view the logs to try and tell what was changed. It would be more helpful if the email notification just included the details on what was changed.

  16. would be nice to have the option to view the principle, along with the balance and spendable, on the portal. Would aid in having the fund advisors be aware if the fund is in danger of being under water.

  18. Can the investment earnings/Investment expenses along with Administrative fees be added as tabs in the donor portal? Our fund advisors tend to call us when their fund balance changes due to these categories. They don't see this activity on the portal.

  19. As a security measure, the donor portal should time-out and automatically log out after a specified period of inactivity, maybe 15-30 minutes. A donor in the IT business expressed concern about this issue.

  20. We have several funds that require two donors (usually couples, but sometimes business partners) to sign off on all grant recommendations before we approve them. The current fund advisor portal does not have any way for us to enforce this policy; however, this feature does exist for grant or voucher approvals, so it would be great if you could somehow enable the same feature for grant recommendations in the fund advisor portal!
