Expense/ Revenue Accounts Not Automatically Updating Between Internal and External Grants Coming through the Donor Portal
When a grant comes through the online donor portal and it is changed from a internal to external or vice versa, the correct expense/revenue accounts are not automatically updating. The only solution that I was given by the CSM was to manually change this, which is the solution we had also come up with. It would be nice and less room for error or correction if the site was programmed to automatically do this.
