  1. I asked about this last year, but posting fresh again to maybe get back on radar. If you want us to use your platform for sending emails and keeping track of correspondence, we need to look professional when doing it. Sending an email in Courier with no signature or logo won't cut it.

  2. There are numerous reports that can be customized when you go to the Reports section. I do not see any for creating financial statements. It would be great if you could add more than one column option to a report. Currently we are copying and pasting exported reports to build our desired reports. We have to export 12 financial reports to get to the 6 we want.

  3. Please consider adding the ability for us to check/uncheck a fund advisor who is associated with a fund of an event campaign, so that fund advisor can see who has purchased tickets.

  4. Be able to email / text an invite to campaign from a profile and/or campaign and when registered, not create a new profile. Ideally, have a user portal experience like the fund advisors. This would create ability to see donations, campaigns, ticket purchases, etc.

  6. Thanks for making previous changes to the main public securities screen and sorting it by reverse date rather than randomly. I have an additional request for sorting within an individual public security donation. We recently received 101 individual stocks from a donor. Using the public security feature for that worked great; however, the stocks are listed in a random order. In CSuite and on the tax receipt, instead of being listed in an alpha order by ticker symbol (which we would prefer and is how we received the stocks), 101 individual stocks are listed in a random order.   7. With the downturn in the markets we have more funds than usual that are underwater and have no spendable income available to grant. Those funds are currently showing a negative number in the Fund Advisor Portal. This is confusing to Fund Advisors. Is it possible to update the calculations so that if the available to grant is negative it would show as a zero on the Fund Advisor Portal. Or is it possible to turn off the showing of the Available to Grant by fund instead of all or nothing?

  8. We'd like a secure way to obtain ACH information from grantees and vendors that feeds directly into CSuite. We obtain it now through an outside system and it's very manual and requires extra communication.

  9. We are continuing to have problems with Fund Advisors telling us that they are not receiving system-generated emails from us. We believe this is because the name and the email address do not match. That is, our organization's name is in the sender name but the domain in the email address is fcsuite.com.

    Has there been any discussion to investigate the possibility of changing "no-reply@fcsuite.com" to what is entered in the "Default Email Reply To" setting in Systems Data?

    We believe this would pass more smoothly through spam filters.

  13. I would like to suggest adding a function that allows users to cc or bcc a email sent externally (through Outlook or Gmail) to that donors profile. In past roles, I have had this ability - If I included this address in my email it was attached to the donor profile with a matching e-mail address. It's good and soooooo valuable in communicating!

    Little Green Light is an example of a CRM that empowers this.

  14. Instead of having the Donate button in the Grant Catalog, have an field for each organization where an amount can be entered. This way a donor can give to mulitiple organizations without having to go back and forth from the catalog to the cart.

  15. It would be nice to have the ability to set investment strategies by dollar amount and not just percentages. We have some funds that have multiple investment strategies and need to be able to hold a flat dollar amount rather than a percentage of the fund.

  16. It's pretty frustrating for folks to have to remember all their passwords across C Suite / GLM / SLM / Compass and Idea Lab. Especially when they don't all update on the same schedule. Would be great to have some synching of the platforms.

  17. It would be nice on the bank reconciliation to show a list of outstanding items with the totals at the bottom of the bank reconciliation, so it's a complete report which will tie into the Balance Sheet.

  18. Similar to grants create an "Approval" bucket for scholarships so the scholarships would go from New, Approval, Open. Allow approval to be based upon each scholarship & not just each fund.

    This would give foundations that are not using the SLM product another layer/level of approval and segregation of duties. Currently, they can only differentiate who does what based upon the permission groups that each user is in. This makes it harder for the teams to administer when they have a large scholarship team.

  19. 1- Ability to import securities - helpful as some donors contribute 20+ stocks at a time

    2 -Auto complete the description of the security (but field should be able to be edited if needed). The database pulls the high / low information so it should also be able to pull the name of the security

    3 - Keep the securities listed in the order they are entered. For some reason csuite re-orders (in no particular order) the securities after saving the entry making it difficult to review the stock gift entry

  20. It would be helpful if, in the donor portal, it was clear to the fundholder that the Description field is visible to grantees but the Notes field is visible only internally. We have donors enter info in Notes that they want the grantee to see (e.g. "Thanks for all you do, from Joe Smith"), and we have to choose to copy it into the Grant Description field (labor intensive) or ignore it.
