    Show donor primary address/phone/email on Donor Portal and allow Donor to submit an update to this information. Update would move to a queue and staff would review and make updates as needed.

  3. campaigns

    When profiles are added to campaigns, they are automatically assigned the "Profile is" designation of "donor." This is not true. Some invitees might be grantees or prospects. As a result the designation of donor becomes useless as a sorting field for segmenting profiles in reports. Please disconnect that default or allow for us to remove the "is donor" tag without having to also remove a profile from a campaign.

  4. Share a File Attachment under Grants

    We have started scanning our grant documentation and attaching it under each grant. This appears to be the ONLY place that there is no option to share the file and push it out to the Fund Advisor Portal.

    Can we add that functionality? It seems like it would be the same concept as sharing on the voucher page where it pushes to that fund's portal.

  5. Bank reconcile - approvals and log

    For stronger internal controls, our auditors recommended the addition of two pieces to the Bank Reconciliation process in CSuite:

    1. Approvals, to support our actual workflow. We have one team member that reconciles the account, and another that approves the work. It would be wonderful if we could enable approvals like we can with Vouchers or other areas of the system.

    2. Log, showing the date/time and username who processed the bank rec. If approvals were turned on it could document when each step happened. Rather than only being able to see a history report that it was done, we need to…

  6. email grant letters

    Now that we have the ability to email grant award letters (yay!) it would be so helpful to have the option to email the letter to multiple email address in addition to the primary email via Check run Batches.

  8. edit emails in profile

    I would love to see an "other detail" section added to emails (similar to what is in the phone section). It would be nice to be able to denote "work" vs "personal" email or distinguish between spouse's or coworker's emails by name when not readily apparent by the email itself. Thanks!

  9. Public Securities Reports

    It would be great to have a reporting option for the Public Securities data in our system. Especially for annual stock distribution reporting. A report that has the options to include quantities, donation amount, sales price, highs, lows, etc.

    It would be great if the "label" field was available on the check template. I have shortened names on the label fields so that they print on one line. We use window envelopes to mail our checks and if the vendor name prints on multiple lines, the whole address sometimes pushes down too low.

  11. Cumulative donation field option for custom reporting

    I would like a way to report out a donor's cumulative donations, both direct and advised, without having to sort through and organize tens of thousands of donations in an Excel spreadsheet. There is a custom reports field option for donation amount; I would like one that totals ALL donations from a donor so we are able to - for example - pull donors whose $100 donations add up to $2,500.

  12. Ability to Delete a Task

    PLEASE - build in the ability to build a task. We have recently had several deceased individuals with tasks and opportunities assigned. We need to be able to delete them, rather than marking them as done. This is so important due to the fact that we are tracking our tasks completed for board reporting and so simply cannot mark something as done that was not, and no longer needs to be done.

  13. Financial View Copy Option

    We have many funds (outside of DAF and Endowment Funds) and each one needs a little unique financial reporting needs. It would be great if I can copy a Financial View design and tweak it as needed, instead of creating from scratch each time. Thank you.

  14. Grant Request Bucket

    If there are multiple grant requests in the Request bucket (made from online requests) there is currently no way to create all grants at once. It would be nice to have this option instead of having to go into each grant and hit create.
    This would be similar to the other buckets where you can do multiple vouchers, approval, etc.

  15. Ability to edit attached file descriptions

    It would be nice to be able to edit the description of the files attached to Funds and other areas. If there is a typo or other reason to change document title you have to delete the attachment and reattach to put in correct description.

    Allow for a distribution type to be added with a percent type as 0.0000%. Some funds don't have a spending policy or are calculated manually. We need the ability to track those.

  19. financial reports

    If you create a financial report that has the YTD selected as the date range and save that report it would be great if the saved report would include YTD info and not just save that particular date range you are currently in.

    For example, I saved a YTD income statement today. When I view that report at a later date, it will only give me info as of 6/15/20 and not a "true YTD."
