Full Fund Name and/or Short Name in Financials
The full fund name is not fully visible on any financials where the fund name may be lengthy. We cannot determine one fund from one another. We would like either the full fund name and/or the Short Name to show on reports in the financials area. We provide these reports to outside organizations and the reports are not clear which fund is which. See the attached as a basic example of one of our organizations.

Column View for ALL financial reports
It would be very beneficial if there were column views on ALL of the financial reports. There are column views on the balance sheet and income statement.... but can it please be integrated in the trial balance and detail trial reports? There are certain reports we ran and need from FIMS that we could get exactly what we wanted if we had this option.
The reports we are pulling now in place of it have way too much information on there that is not needed. If I can pull a detail trial with certain accounts selected then have a column…

Reports to Include Zero Amount Lines
Have the option to include zero amounts on financial statements. Many of the reports cannot be used as presented in the database so they need to be exported into Excel and reformatted. It would be much easier if the rows were consistent report to report regardless of zero balances.

Financials: fund balance (show $0 balance funds)
Financials-Fund balance: please configure this report so that it shows active funds with $0 balance. In the past, this report included active funds with $0 balance but this was recently changed.

Allocations by Fund Balance of Sub-set of Funds
Need to be able to build an allocation table that allocates a % based on the fund balance of a sub-set of funds.
Use case: some expenses are allocated out to a group of funds, based on how much money the funds have in their fund over a period of time. Similar to revenue share functionality but only for a group of funds.

Statement of Activities Functional Expense Filter
Add filter option for functional expenses on the statement of activities report. We budget for the functional expense accounts separately and it would be great to have the option to run a budget to actual report for just one functional expense grouping.

add fund group to financial exports
Add the fund group/subgroup/division, etc. fields as part of the raw export from financials. This would be so helpful when you need fund balance reports information but with the fund types.

Balance Sheet - Display by Month
The balance sheet does not have an option to display by Month whereas the income statement does. There is a Month over Month option that does not provide all the months in sequence for the Balance Sheet. Please update the same option for the Balance Sheet.

Collapse account & fund filters on filtered/saved financial reports
It would be nice to be able to collapse filters on the financial reports. Instead of listing all of the accounts or funds could there be a way to collapse those filters? We need to print this, and if the filters could be collapsed or not show on every first page when you print it from CSuite.... that would be helpful. I don't think the filters need repeated on every page... only the title of the reports.

Have the ability to separate interfund activity into a separate column or grouping on the financial statements. The interfund activity artificially inflates the gift, grants, payable and receivable totals and must be backed out for audit purposes

Income Statements
It would be very helpful if on the "Edit Option" tab in the left-side menu, it included an option to have two columns - one for last month and one for YTD on current fiscal year. That way, you are able to view last month's totals compared to the fiscal year YTD values.

View-only access to financial reports
Would be great to be able to set up users with view-only access to financials so that managers could login and see their reports/performance for the YTD without being able to click in to the details and make any changes. Ideally this could be tailored down to the individual financial report level (so specific users could access some but not all reports), but I would accept having view-only access to all reports as a start.

Individually Managed Funds: investment strategy
We are trying to figure out the best way to group our separately managed investment advisors via financial filter. Since there is a 1:1 relationship between a fund and an investment strategy, the only place we can reasonably point to is adding a financial filter of investment strategy. We have 21 separately managed investment advisors, each with their own corresponding pool. Each pool has multiple charitable funds (73 charitable funds and $42 AUM as of today). Income Statement format with option for year over year and budget columns
Our board likes to see our income statement that shows both year over year and the budget column. Currently I have to produce 2 income statements to show one with year over year and the other one with budget format. Would be great if we had the ability to choose two options from the drop down Column Option instead of just one.

API for Financial Reporting
It would be valuable for our fund holders/their advisors to be able to pull their fund data into their external financial system/software. I know we have a financial advisor in our sphere who would be much more eager to refer clients to us if he were able to include our fund data on his financial reports for those clients. I think this could be accomplished using an API that could be created via the financial reports (Custom reporting doesn't quite fill the need as it only pulls current balance and has no option to include prior month/quarter/etc.).

Add 'Short Name' to list of Financial Filters
Please add 'Short Name' to the list of Financial Filter options within the Financials section of cSuite. We have over 3k funds and utilize the short name more than most other options to filter funds due to the size of our organization. We would like it to be a Checkbox option similar to the Fund (funit) filter so multiple options may be searched and selected.

Prior year and current month column format for balance sheet
This was implemented according to C-Suite but I do not see that column format - there is year year which compares 08.31.22 to 08.31.2021, but I would like 08.31.22 and 12.31.2021. Am I missing something?

investment performance
It would be very helpful if there was more information on the investment report in Financials. When you go to the Financials page, select Investments, and enter the time period, the only information available is the amounts going in and out (income, realized, unrealized, gifts, payments, etc.). This can all be found in other areas - the fund activity, Revenue Share, the bank statements, etc. It would be very helpful if this also included percentages to show the investment account performance or some other way to determine how the investment account performed of the selected time period.
