Donation notification should include the donor address
All donation notifications should include donor address.
We have a very active fund where Stripe is used heavily for donations and the fund rep receives the auto notification of the donor's name and donation amount; but we have to constantly email her the donor addresses because the Stripe donations post automatically as well. This is very inefficient when the software could be doing this for us.
When we receive a donation by check, we type the address in the description line, so that the auto notification includes the address, but this is inefficient as well.

Donation review bucket
I love the concept of the "review" bucket but it would be awesome if we could choose the payment type(s) that end up there. I review all the Stripe gifts that come in, even though they post automatically, to be sure they are attached to the correct profile and the formatting is correct for any new profiles. It would be great if they could go into a review bucket until I have a chance to look at them. Mailing Label - Title Optional
It would be nice if an 'optional' box could be checked next to the Title field for organization records. I'd appreciate the flexibility to not include the title on mailing labels. Thank you.

internal donations
For internal donations - When viewing posted donations on the donation tab, it would be very helpful to be able to see the "sending fund" name. Could a separate column be added for that info or perhaps a separate tab for viewing "posted internal" donations?

CC fees recorded to seperate income fund
If a donor elects to cover the CC fee of a donation, it would be nice if this amount could be recorded under a separate income account vs fund contribution.

Drag & Drop Feature or Better Sorting to Highlight Funds on Donation Page
I would love to see an easier way to sort funds on the donation page.
Currently, our Agency Funds (and other grouped funds) cannot be separated from their groups within the donation page...so if we want to highlight just ONE fund of a group at the top of the Donation Page, all funds in that group will follow, pushing other important funds we'd like highlighted further down the page.
A simple drag and drop feature would be very useful here, as we like to rotate the funds we highlight.

search by donation check number
Is it or could it be possible to search by donation check number? We've had numerous instances of a donor having a check number that I've verified has cleared our bank, but I can't do a quick search for it in Csuite. Would help in situations where the distributions are made via financial institutions or staff have misspelled a name in the donor profile.

Donation Choose Profile Search - by email?
LOVE the new profile search options call outs. Would it be possible to get that same option (or at least search by email) added to donation creation? An email address is often easier for me than searching through fifteen John Smith possibilities and would help me ensure correct attribution.

Batch Approvals
Currently, you have to finalize approvals one-by-one. I work with a foundation that gives the same amount of grant to every grantee. It would be helpful to be able to select multiple organizations in the portal and give them all the same decision, similar to how we can do a batch denial or give multiple organizations the same follow-up.

In-Kind Donations
Currently when in-kind donations are entered a monetary value is required, but our organization does not assign worth to items donated such as furniture or books. It would be useful if the "Amount" was optional for In-Kind donations so we do not have to go outside of CSuite to create a thank you letter/receipt.

Goaled Fundraisers through the Online Donation Portal
Have the ability to set up goaled fundraisers for specific funds, that will populate a unique link in the Donation Portal. Also, have the ability to track the progress towards the goaled amount, similar to GoFundMe.

Email Receipt - Function Improvements
I find the Email Tax Receipt function very clunky and inefficient. It would be nice if a column was added that has PRIMARY EMAIL listed so that we can EASILY decipher which receipts can be emailed and "marked as sent" after - right now it's a guess and a lot of work to get to a list to email.

Enable HTML in Fund Advisor Email Log in content
I could have sworn that HTML was previously enabled in email content entered through the System Data area, however, we noticed recently that our email links were not working in those emails. I contacted support and was told that those fields were not HTML friendly. Would love if they could be!

Donate Button Style
Would be great to change the color of the donate buttons. That blue really clashes with our logo (let alone being just not nice regardless) It's very important to me to keep branded and us looking good across all that we do.

Please provide the name of the fund on the "posted gifts" tab for interfund gifts - this is an important view and not sure why it was taken away, it used to be there on the old donations view tab...

Fund Advisors donating to their 'Private' funds-showing as Promoted on Donation Portal
Fund Advisors should be able to donate gifts/contributions to their funds from the donor portal when they are logged in even when those funds are marked as Private on the fund level. This should NOT then show their private funds to the Foundations 'Promote' page for donations. This appears to indicate to the donor/organizations that the Foundation is promoting their Fund which is not the case. This is misleading. The donor and Org may try to link this page to others to show this is where they can donate to funds whereas this page is viewable only to the Fund…

Separate regular donations from donor advised donations on the canned Donor Report
You recently implemented the ability to rollup households on the Donations > Donor Report. This was a good change that helps a lot.
One thing that we noticed is that the count of donations includes donor advised amounts. We use the report to create a subset of donors that we want to generate a yearly tax receipt for.We had a donor listed on the report however their donations were all donor advised amounts and when we went to print their yearly tax receipt, it tells us that they have no donations to print a summary for 2022.

Status Field for Bulk Tax Receipts
Could we get a status column for bulk tax receipts?

Donation Advisor
Make Donation Advisor a Profile Type so that their contributions are easier to track. This way, when you open a profile ID, you can see right away if they have made a soft contribution or advised a gift, or are responsible for a matching gift. Maybe this would help to resolve current reporting issues?
