  1. Currently, credit card fees are automatically applied to the fund the individual donation is for. Is it possible to create an option for the foundation to choose what fund the credit card fees are automatically applied to (example: Operating fund)? Otherwise, our foundation will have to do constant interfunds to move them to Operating.

  3. We would like to to see an option for online donors to choose to pay the credit card processing fee with their donation. We have seen this on other online donation sites.

  4. We would like the option to filter profiles by the date of the most recent donation. In our case, we like to segment mailing lists based on this date.

  5. Would be great if we could duplicate donations the way you can duplicate/copy vouchers.

    We have some donors that give the same amount every time (but not recurring).

    It would also be good to have the ability to choose the payment method for regular recurring donations that aren't paid by credit card (e.g. through direct deposit or Canada Helps, for instance). We have several monthly donors who don't pay by credit card and we currently have to enter the same information each month.

    Donations: Enhanced donations with the ability to copy a donation once you select process. All fields are copied except for  payment method, check number and donation date, which will default to today as normal donation form functionality. Donation Advisor is not copied because advisor is not set on a donation during initial entry. If it is an internal donation, the internal donation status will not be copied, instead it will just be a normal donation.  Historical is not copied, so historical donations will get copied in as real donations that impact the general ledger.

  6. Currently, when a donation is entered and saved, an email is sent out to any Fund Advisor receiving donation notifications. I think it would be better if this notification was sent out when the donation was Posted. This way, someone has had a chance to look over the donation and verify everything before the Fund Advisor receives an email.

  7. Is it possible to see any errors on the create donation page and/or the donor profile page - appear in RED?

    Currently, if there's an error in the donor profile, for example, the system does not alert you to the error, it just stops you from processing the donation.

  8. We would like to see the fund name listed next to the donation amount on list of recent donations on the Donation tab. It becomes cumbersome to click into several gifts to find where the gift was posted.

  9. The system currently allows you to collect additional donations for events that have a tickets price >0. We sponsor several free educational events throughout the year, and would like to be able to collect donations for these events.

  10. The ability to assign tribute templates by fund instead of by the individual tribute would be very useful. In our experience, every tribute donation we receive is only for one fund, so assigning a template at the fund level (similar to how it's done for donation templates) would save us from remembering to choose a different template when we don't want the default used on certain funds. Thanks.

  11. Was wondering if there is any way to create special handling codes for profiles, donations, and funds that would allow an alert to pop up if there is something specific a colleague should know when reviewing each area. An example would be if we have been asked by a donor to not send an acknowledgement letter until the end of the year for all the gifts they give. When we enter a donation from that profile it would alert us to not send a thank you letter. Thanks for considering.

  13. on the Donate To A Fund page, the search/show all funds list option currently appears at the bottom of the page. We have a LOOOOONG list of funds so our donors end up scrolling a lot to reach the search box (or they use the keyboard shortcut of crtl+f to "find" on the active page). Is it possible to simply move the search/show all funds option to the top of this page?

  14. One of our fundholders suggested this to me, and I thought it was a great idea. On the Community Donor Online Portal, when fundholders are looking at their Donation and Grantmaking history, it would be useful to be able to sort by Grantee, Amount, Donor name, etc. The ability to export here also seems helpful for fundholders.

  15. At this time you can only mark a profile as "deceased" if they are not active. This is not always the case in a living situation. Since donors may not have given donations in a while, you should be able to indicate their profile as "inactive."

  16. It would be beneficial if we could set default field selections for filtered report exports. This would immensely with the first update that occurred on 11-14-18. This would help with pulling consistent filtered reports from the donations and pledge areas.

  17. Under each group of funds on the donation page, have the ability to choose the order of the funds, in case one is being promoted or a fund is a subfund of another fund.

  18. We have donors who wish to designate a program or project within a fund they want to support. Collecting the Donation Description during the checkout process that autofills into the donation and could be edited would be so helpful.

  19. When adding donations paid by "other payment" (but not Stripe), the system automatically deposits them on the creation date after reconciling. Given 99% of our donations are manually added in the system after the deposit date, that means we have to click on the deposit ID for each donation, unpost, edit and repost.
