  1. HH record represents two individuals. When one ind leaves the HH (deceased or divorced) you can continue to use the donor history from the HH record (since that IS the official donation name for the giving history). But if the surviving individual remarries we would like to maintain the existing donation history in the former couple name and update the HH record name to reflect the NEW spouse and future gifts to reflect the new spouse. In FIMS you had a choice to keep the existing name on the historic gifts or update it. We need that choice when we…

  2. A profile can be marked as anonymous, which will make all future and past donations anonymous, however, this does not apply to when the donor is the "Advised Donor" for a donation. Since the donor's profile is marked as anonymous, it would be nice if this also apply to any Advised donations.

  3. There should be an option to pull an Excel report for an individual's donations to the Foundation. Right now you can only pull an excel report for a fund.

  4. Please make pledge data available when building custom donation and donor reports. I need the ability to include all people who are considered supporters in one report as well as get a total of dollars raised and committed to a fund. I currently have to run separate reports and merge them in Excel, which is unwelcome extra work to get a standard set of information.

  5. Be able to move a donation(s) to a different profile. For example, a donation gets posted to a person's "business" profile in error and should have been posted on their "personal" profile.

    Right now, you have to create a new profile then reconnect all of the funds and then disconnect the funds from the old profile.

  6. It would be great to have the ability to edit and add a donation type after a donation has been posted rather needing to unpost it, selection the donation type and repost. We just updated donations types and need to go back on multiple posted donations in order to type them the correct way.

  8. Create a document with a description of list filters. For example: Donation amount vs. Donor Amount. It would be nice to have a link right by the filter that you could hover over and it would describe the filter in better detail.

  9. I just finished styling every fund of our affiliate individually to match the styling of the affiliate portal. It would be great that if an affiliate has a portal and has funds connected to it, that all funds connected could be styled in bulk instead of one-by-one.

  10. I would like to be able to be able to include a "Net Donation Amount" field in the donation reports that I run. This field would show the donation amount AFTER credit card fees have been removed from credit card donations. E.g. a $100 donation would show a net amount of something like $96.90.

    This way, when sending reports to fund holders that request them, the fund holder will be able to see an accurate dollar amount for credit card donations.

Our fund advisors want to write thank you notes to their donors whenever they receive a gift, but the notification email (in System Data, Content, donationnotifyemail_body) only includes the donor name and donation amount. So they have to contact us to get the address information. It would be SO much more convenient if the donor's address was included in this notification email, but we can't add any merge fields to this message. Can you?

  12. Our foundation uses prefixes in our communication with donors. For profiles generated automatically through online donations, we either don't have prefixes or have to make assumptions and manually enter them. It would be great if there was an option for donors to select or enter their prefix of choice during the checkout process. This should also apply to the name of anyone to be notified of a tribute donation entered at checkout. This would ensure the profile generated has the correct prefix for them while also cutting down on profiles in our system without prefixes or with incorrect and/or manually…

  14. Similar to how a header, footer, etc. can be added and customized for the affiliate donation portal, it would be great if separate header, footer, etc. language could be added for the affiliate donor portal as well. Thanks for considering!

  16. It would be helpful to have a shortened description for funds on the promotion page of the online donation section. That way it can easily be viewed but if a donor clicks on that fund that can see the full fund summary.

  17. By adding a "donation advisor" column to the import spreadsheet, it would save tons of time so we don't have to go back into each gift post-import and manually attach a donation advisor.

  18. I'm loving the new note alerts throughout CSuite. It would be great if note alerts were available in the tribute area, especially on the "Donations Needing Tribute Notifications Sent" and/or "Report Printout" screens. This would allow us to flag messages for those who will print and mail tribute notification letters. As always, thanks so much for considering!

  19. It would be great if we could add more than one advisor on a donation record. This is especially helpful when a couple divorces so both of them can be advisors on a household donation to keep their total giving to the organization accurate.

To make things easier for donors, we want them to be able to put the full amount they would like to donate (ex. $500) and how many months they would like it to recur for (ex. 12 months) and have the system auto calculate their monthly donation amount ($41.67 in the example). This makes it easier for donors to do the exact full donation they want without room for error or miscalculation.
