Link online portal donors to existing profiles based on email address
We have many recurring donors as part of an annual event. Most of our profiles are created as "households". However donors often enter an individual name when they make an online donation through our portal. This creates an extra profile when they make a donation which we then have to "make household" and merge with the existing profile. C-Suite should be able to match the individual donation to the household based on an email address.
