Recognition Name / Change Donor
We often receive online donations from individuals who wish to attribute the gift to their household. They indicate this in the Recognition field. However, the donation continues to be displayed under the individual donor's profile. It would be helpful to have the ability to click 'Change Donor' on these gifts, allowing us to transfer the donation to the Household profile instead of listing it under the individual.

Donations > Email Users/Staff when donations are posted
For Donations --> I would like to see a feature similar to Grants > Request Notify where automatic emails are sent to staff/CSuite Users when donations are posted. This would instantly alert my philanthropy team when gifts come in. I know this functionality exists for fund advisors but I'd also like to see it available for staff. Thank you!

recurring donations with fund
When managing recurring donations, I would like to see the fund associated with the recurring donation in the view: Donations->Recurring Donations. The view under Donors includes the recurring donations and specifies the fund associated with the recurring id.

Allow donation addresses to be exportable
The addresses found on donation records cannot be exported and added to custom reports. Since the address on a donation may differ from what's found on a donor's profile, it would help to be able to view donation addresses through exports or custom reports. Right now, it requires manually viewing individual donations in the system.

Creating a new donation with Fund ID instead of Fund Name
When creating a donation it's unusual that you cannot type the Fund ID to bring up the fund name but rather the fund name. The same situation in bringing GLM grants over to C Suite and setting the Fund - cannot do it by ID but only by name.

Please allow content editing in donation notify
We use the donation notify function for active funds who wish to send their own thank you notes. The donation notify body is not editable to include the donor address. In order for the fund rep to get this information, we have to cut and paste or type the address into the description box. The address fields should be available to drop into customizable content to save this step.

Recurring donations: add the option to add notes and files to the main recurring donation.
Right now, you can't add notes or files to the main recurring donation- only to the individual donations linked to it. It would be helpful to have the option to add information to the main donation so that you don't have to go through each linked donation.

Tax receipt number for yearly receipt
Please integrate a yearly consolidated tax receipt including a single tax receipt number to comply with Canadian law. E.G. Donor gifts once per month and instead of having twelve receipts at year-end is provided a single tax receipt with a single tax receipt number itemizing all donations made throughout the year.

Recurring Donations: New language "Post Past Due Donations" is confusing
Recurring Donations -- Prior to the function being changed to "Post Past Due Donations", if the due date was today or the prior weekend, the Next Date was highlighted in red. Now the date is not highlighted and does not stand out. Additionally, "Post Past Due Donations" appears in red even if you are posting a donation that is due today, therefore not "past due". The change is confusing.

Please include invoiced gifts and grants receivable in the donations tab
Please include invoiced gifts and grants receivable in the donations tab, so that it is easier for all staff to see all donations made by an entity. Currently, the only gifts and incoming grants that show on the donations tab and donations column are if the donation is entered via the "donation" process. We want the donation report to include any receivables that come in via invoice for grant and gift income. Thank you!!!

Add multiple advisors on donations
Instead of only being able to add one advisor per donation, it would be great if we could add multiple advisors to one donation so that when we pull the "tax receipts" we can notify multiple people if the situation calls for it.

We would like the option to add content for bulk email for year-end receipts. There is no option currently to edit the content or the subject of the email. Currently, the content of the email is:
Attached is your 2022010120221231 tax receipt summary.
The subject is:
Subject: Yearly Tax ReceiptOur fear is donors won't open the email.

Fund Advisor: Grant Request workflow
When a donor enters a grant request with an error, the portal loops them back without an error message or anything to let them know what is causing it. The portal should at least highlight the problem field so the donor knows what to correct.

On the main donation screen for internal grants, show the fund name the grant is coming from.
On the main donation screen for an internal grant, either expand the Donor field to show the Foundation and internal fund name that's to the right of the 'dash' or add a column 'From grant fund name'.

Donations from 3rd Party Platforms
It would be great to link other profiles to donations, so that we can send thank you letters to the original donor. For example, booking a donation from the United Way where John Smith was the original donor. It would be helpful to link John Smith's profile (to the UW donation page), so the thank you letter can go to him, instead of to the United Way. This would be specifically helpful for incoming donations from all 3rd party platforms.

Correct Error Message on Tribute Address Entry on Donation Portal
On the Donation Portal, when a donor selects to add a Tribute Name and mailing address, if they enter the full state name in the address, the site responds with the following error message "Address validation error, ARIZONA is not valid"
It is not obvious to all donors that they need to change the state name to the state abbreviation. Please correct the error message so that it lets the donor know what they need to change.

Configurable Grant Catalog Shopping Cart Expiration Date
For our giving day or other special fundraising events that are run through the Grant Catalog, we would like to be able to allow donors to do research & fill their cart with all of their planned donations, but then hold it for the future, so on the date of the even they can just hit "submit."

Search By Philanthropic Interest Type for Donate Page
On the Donate to a Fund page, I'd like to be able to code for a few main sectors (arts, children & family, religion, education, healthcare, animals etc) to allow potential donors the ability to sort by their area of passion and see all of the related funds we have for that sector to learn more.
