Online_donation_email_body
In the Onlinedonationemail_body section, I am not able to send emails that address the donor by name because there are no available fields to pull.
So, for quite some time, I was sending emails addressed to "Dear {name}" - silly me! It would be great if that field actually worked and I could address my donors by name. We are doing all that we can to build relationships and names are important! For now, I'll have to go "generic", which really isn't fundraising best practice.
