  1. The addition of "account" to the Fund Beneficiary Grantees/Funds screen is helpful. But it would also be helpful to be able to select the Income account as well for internal/interfund grants. This would match the options we have on manually created internal grants. It seems the options for the beneficiary grants should correspond. I thought perhaps once the grants was created, we would have the option there to update the income account but it does not appear.

  2. It would be helpful to have an option to calculate the Spendable Grants either on the total spendable balance or only the current year spendable. We have a significant number of funds that have chosen to not receive a spendable grant in certain years. (particularly organizational endowments but also designated funds and others) Then they may decide to start up annual distributions but leave the accumulated spendable there for future use. All of these grant amounts have to be manually adjusted when we "Create Spendable Grants" because the system uses the total spendable balance.

  3. Currently synching GLM Grants to C-Suite, you cannot award them with multiple funds. Clicking the "multi-fund" button when creating a grant from GLM errors saying we cannot do that. Instead, we have to create installments in GLM to sync over to C-Suite, for one grant, to allow us to assign multiple funds.

    It would be great to be able to just allow multiple funds to be assigned to one grant that was synced over from GLM.

  4. At the end of the year, we always have grant applications we want to carry over into the next year. Some, have had their LOI's approved and are now in draft grants, submitted grants, or grants being evaluated. Now the copy feature only allows you to copy to the LOI. It is very time-consuming for me to have to save and copy all the information that doesn't carry over, including 6-8 reports that we require. Would be GREAT if the grant applications would copy over in full to the step they were in in the application process.

  5. With the new check process workflow, internal grants have to be transferred individually to be paid. We can have several internal grants to pay each week. It would be nice to be able to batch or bulk transfer these so we don't have to touch each one.

  7. Can we please have the ability to expand the column of available fields, so that we can actually see the entire name for those fields with long names. Right now, I have to guess at which field is the name field because all I can see is an entire list that says: "Grant Request Primary Adv...."

  8. It would be helpful if we could create a payment on a recurring grant at any time rather than having to wait until the payment date. Occasionally we'll have to do a payables run the day before the usual day (so I can have days off once in a while that are independent of payables dates!), so I would like to be able to create a recurring grant payment when I need to without having to change the dates on the recurring grant itself.

  10. We really need to be able to see who has approved or not approved grants at the Approval bucket. When two people need to approve over 300 grants and you have to continually click into each one to see who approved what and what is left for approvals, it is a huge time drain. A simple column at the end to display the status would be a huge help. The grant approval process is a great tool, but needs work to be efficient for users--which is possibly why customers may not use it.

  11. The Fund Grant Type Name shoud carryover from the orginal grant into the grant refund or, at the very least, have a place to enter the Fund Grant Type Name in the grant refund record.

    When running reports by Fund Grant Type Name, refunds are blank resulting in the need to manually code them in excel each time a report is run.

  12. It would be great to be able to alternate the receivable account for invoices without going and switching the default account for it when you want. I would like to record some to an accounts receivable acct and others to a grants receivable.

  13. The System Stats "snapshot" in system data is cool. It would be REALLY helpful if we could run it by custom dates...or at least have it by year or YTD....this would give us an easy way to quantify certain things (checks mailed, grants entered, donations entered) for our quarterly/annual board dashboards.

  14. It would be great if when the person creating a grant request from the portal is entering the information manually there is a radio button option indicating whether the profile being created is an Individual or organization. Currently all grant requests come in as organizations and I have to change manually if I see they are an individual. The fields do not automatically populate either in the mailing label which I correct.

  16. GLM/CSuite workflow requires installments to be approved in GLM to release them for payment. Instead of having to email finance regularly with a list of approved installments, it would be helpful to have GLM approved installments land in a bucket when they're ready for payment in CSuite.

  17. Right now, to create a check for a sponsored org, you need to set the sponsored org individually for each grant. It would save time and eliminate errors if this was a setting at the grantee profile level instead of at the individual grant level. Rarely does this vary by grant.

  18. It would be very helpful if on the "new" bucket of the grants tab, there was a way to filter to see the grants that have approved installments in CSuite. Currently we approve an installment in GLM as part of our workflow we have to keep a separate list of which grants are ready to be paid in GLM. If we would easily see what CSuite grants have approved installments in CSuite, that would cut down on the duplicative record keeping.

  19. Please provide more grant coding options - sub codes are fine, we just need to track multiple things at once so sub codes would be ideal. One of the main items that we need to track are grants made with expenditure responsibility. Thank you!

  20. It would be helpful if we could employ a "sort order" like you have in other areas of the system, specifically for Statement Accounts.

    For example, using Statement Accounts we have always been able to force our "Gifts" to show up at the top of the income section on our fund statements, and we were able to show "Grants" at the top of our expenditures section.

    With the recent fund statement changes, it seems you eliminated the easy option to force these Statement Accounts to "float to the top" by adding a leading space to the beginning of their name.…
