  1. Customize Reply to Address

    Foundant added a new feature to be able to have one real email address for all emails sent by CSuite. See - System Data: Streamlined the Default Email Reply To functionality in System Data. There is a new setting, Use Default Email Reply To For All. Released on 5/4/2022.

    I'd like to be able to customize the reply to email based on the type of email sent. My grants team should get emails from donors on grant questions and philanthropy team about fund statements and donations.

  2. Please make the grant_ letter_ email_ body template in site custom content HTML compatible! It appears every template is html compatible except this one.

    It would also be helpful to have more merge fields available within this template. For example, payment amount and payment description/memo!

    Without the html compatibility, you are unable to create line breaks or format any text which is very frustrating. Without additional merge fields, very limited information can be communicated to grantees.

  5. When a fund advisor submits a grant online, allow the advisor to select if the grant is from an individual advisor or the full household. This will then populate the appropriate contact information within the grant to merge into the grant letter for appropriate acknowledgement. At this time this is a manual change for each grant as it only pulls in information for the 1 advisor submitting the grant request.

  7. Remove list of grants from the home page in the Donor Portal. We have professional advisors who manage donor's funds and would like to give them access to fund balance info and maybe total donations and grants but not details to have more timely information than the quarterly statement we send. The donors don't always want their advisors to know what organizations they support. I can turn off the grants tab but all the grants are listed on the home page and I can't get rid of those. This would allow for greater flexibility in the use of the portal.

  8. Under grants - content. Public notifications ie. Grants Post Notification.
    To have the option to be able to merge the public name only. Right now this is the only merging option {{fund_name}}. This field includes the fund Id.

  9. It would be helpful when syncing GLM grants to have the ability to use the 'Sponsored Org' link. Grant applicants requiring a fiscal sponsor should be set as the 'Sponsored Org'; by CSuite definition: "The name of the organization that is not the qualified nonprofit" and the fiscal sponsor would be the grantee.

  10. When doing a mass import of grants - it would be great if we could pull in the grant letter template ID number with that import so we don't have to manually change the template to use. Since each template gets an ID it seems like it would be easy to add as a field in the template.

  11. It would be great if there was always an "are you sure you want to delete this?" message before something is gone forever. There is no warning message when clicking delete on the recurring grants page. There might be other pages where this is the case as well. Thanks for considering!

  13. Please find a way to make the Fund Beneficiary description field capable of containing unlimited characters.

    Currently the Fund Beneficiary description field allows only ~254 characters. Some descriptions are significantly more characters than this (one of our longest, which MUST be merged into the grant agreement/grant letter, is more than 2250 characters!).

    Please find a way to make this field capable of containing unlimited characters, so we can actually create spendable AND use templates directly from CSuite for our annual distributions.

  14. When looking at each grant bucket, it would be helpful to freeze the top headers so they still remain in view when scrolling up and down. Similar to how you can freeze the top row in Excel.

  15. We need to be able add the Total Donations and Total Grants/Disbursements to our Fund Statements. This is such a great tool to show the impact an endowment has had over the life of the fund. This is the info that is shown by selecting "History" when viewing Fund information. It is great for me to see, but would be more impactful for Donors to see their impact.

  16. On the grant page for individual grants users are able to assign a specific grant letter template per grant. Alternatively, users can leave the field blank and use the default grant. However, after assigning certain funds to have default grant letter templates, the default template being used does not show on the grant page. Users must memorize all defaults or manually check for each fund for which a grant is being approved.

    A simple solution is to simply show the name of the default template being used or show "No Default Template Selected".

  17. Donation & Grant Summaries on Donor and Grantee Tabs - Freeze Fund Name Column. It would be helpful if the fund name column on the donation and grant summaries tabs for donors and grantees could be locked as you scroll right to look at year-by-year amounts or for the total. Currently, the fund name columns get hidden by the left side menus. At the very least can you consider moving the totals to the first column next to the fund name.

  18. Please add a tally of Interfund Grants on a Fund Advisor's home page. As it stands now, they have now way of knowing that the difference between "total Granted" and "funds avialable" is because of these internal grants. In our case, most of the the interfund grants are to special purpose funds for communitiy initiatives, not to other DAFs. To a Fund Advisor, these interfund grants are the same as external grants when they think about what they have supported, and thus should be displayed on the home page.

  19. I need to pull a report with all the scholarships given out for a certain year with the amount and name of fund but if it is a multifund I have noticed that it will not pull the master or the funds attached to it.

  20. It would be nice if the internal transfer grant fields upon initial entry would reflect the same fields for external grantees. Namely the "grant summary" so you don't have to go back into the grant and select "edit." It saves times.
