Reinstitute grant and voucher creation as one process
In the most recent release notes, the creation of grants have changed so that once approved, you receive a message saying "There are no more grants that need approval" and you are then taken back to the grant home page. It makes for a smoother work flow to be able to continue, like you used to be able, to the voucher approval and creation. I am not quite sure for the reasoning behind this change, but I think it would be beneficial to return to the previous way of posting grants and vouchers in one step.

Grant Letters
While we appreciate the opportunity to attach certain grant letters to fund types under "Templates" in CSuite, we are running into an issue with CSuite mandating that a default letter be selected for different fund types. Because our Foundation creates so many manual grants, having a pre-selected default letter is creating extra work for our staff. Additionally, the grants that we synch over from GLM do not have a grant letter created through CSuite, and not being able to remove a default letter creates a layer of additional work for our staff.

Grants: completing grants
If a grant has multiple payments coming from it, I would like to be able to "complete" the portion of the grant that has been paid and the check has cleared the bank.
Similarly, in SLM, if a student has a multi-year grant, I would like to complete (for the current year) any follow-ups rather than leaving them open and continually have to remind myself that I can't set certain items as complete. bulk movement of completed grants
Currently, C-Suite allows one move a grant to complete status either individually or all. I would like the ability to select a group (such as Quarter 1 of 2022) of grants and move to complete status.

notification for future grant payments
Could we get notified when a future grant payment is due (new and open buckets) in CSuite and have the scheduled grant date turn red when the payment date has passed.

Grants: Copied Grants are not pulling in the grant advisor
When a grant is copied the grant advisor should also be copied automatically. It currently defaults to "none" leaving the field blank.

Recurring grants- it would be helpful if existing recurring grants could be edited
Recurring grants- it would be helpful if existing recurring grants could be edited by grantee or amount. The alternative is to cancel it and create a new one, which loses the history of past activity linked to the same commitment.

when a grant is copied the attachments should also be copied
When entering grants from an attached list serving as backup, I would like the ability to copy the grant along with the attachment I uploaded to the first grant to avoid having to reattach it on the following copied grants.

The majority of our staff our CSuite only users so it would be helpful to have the grant summary import when synching GLM grants to CSuite. Grant reporting - add deceased fund advisors and still be able to still see all grants made from a fund
When creating a grant report to see all grants made from DAFs, but to exclude deceased fund advisors, we learned that when we added that filter, it removed grants from the report. Chat support said the issue is the "Advisor Deceased" filter, if we remove this filter it will then give us all of the grants. The filter applies to grant advisors, and so it excludes any grant that doesn't have a grant advisor.

Grants: Add grant letter template to grant creation template
Please bring back the ability to choose a grant letter template within the grant creation template. It appears this has not been replaced with the awards template option, which we do not use. To have to update the grant letter template after the fact is more work and very time consuming.

Application Preview in GLM
It would be helpful if the option to Preview grant applications was more obviously just a preview. Once you click preview, the application looks live (with the exception of no save/submit buttons at the bottom). Could there be watermarks (like in the sandbox)? Or extra alerts at top/bottom that remind the applicant this is a preview screen, to apply, they must go back and click the blue Apply button?

We have a donor who just made 33 grants from their DAF, not using the portal. In cases like this where the portal isn't used, we send them an email confirmation of the grant(s) they recommended and then attach a pdf of that email to the grants in case our auditors want to see the grant recommendation confirmation.
We also receive donations from donors who want the payment to be split over multiple funds, so the same issue arises on that side as well of attaching the same documentation to multiple records.

Grant Letters
The new Document Tab in Grants shows documents that are in there ready to be printed/emailed or marked as sent. Can we have a bulk edit to mark all documents sent, even for ones that are not included in a batch? We don't batch print everything so it makes it more cumbersome to have to go into each document to mark it as sent.

Copy Grant Catalog
Add the ability to copy a grant catalog. We often are just creating the same thing we did previously but have to start from scratch. It would be so much easier if a catalog already "defined" could be copied and only update it.

New Check Workflow for Grants, Please Add Memo Line to Create Grant Screen
In the new workflow you can now write the memo line for the check when creating vouchers to pay vendors -- a great improvement! The ability to write the memo line when creating grants would also be a huge improvement. As it stands you must now intentionally go in as a separate step (with no prompting) and write the memo line for each and every check, which is much more difficult than the old process ... particularly when working in batches. Please incorporate the memo line in the grant creation screen as you did for vendor vouchers.

printing giving catalog requests
In grant catalogs, when organizations post their requests, could they print the information they entered, when done (submitted)? This way, they would have a copy to refer to later. We do this for them right now, and yes, it's cumbersome.
