Check numbers for Grant Letters
Currently when you print a check, there is a pop up box that gives you an option to print the grant letter and post the check number. If you select to print the grant letter, it will not list the check number because you have not posted it yet.
It would be great if you had the option to post the check, then print the grant letter without having to go back into the check.

grant catalog
In the Grant Catalog, after a donor enters a donation to one non-profit, it jumps back up to the top of the list and they have to scroll back down to where they were to continue looking at the non-profits. It is wonderful when donors want to donate to several but we have been told by donors that this is very aggravating.

interfund tribute
Allow a tribute for an interfund. Many times our donor advised funds will make a grant to another internal fund in honor or in memory of someone. We'd like to be able to track ALL gifts made in honor or memory of someone - not just external gifts.

fund history
It would be really great if fund history grant pages generated in order of newest to oldest instead of oldest to newest-OR- if there was a box on the fund page that showed the most recent grants. I often want to see the most recent 5-10 grants but a date range is not always appropriate.

select multiple grants (but not all) to post approval
Any chance we can tweak the grant bucket section to allow us to select multiple (but not all) grants to post for approval in one batch? As of now, we can either do one by one --which sends multiple emails to the approvers-- or we can process all grants in the bucket in a single batch. On occasion we are ready to proceed with a handful of grants but not every item in the bucket. Have check boxes like we do in the deposit till might be helpful.

Add fields to sync between glm and C-Suite
We are implementing the National Taxonomy of Exempt Entities (NTEE) coding system for our grants. As such there is a custom field in our GLM application form for the "Project Taxonomy Code", but this field does not carry over when GLM grants are synced to CS and we consequently have to re-choose the taxonomy code in the "Grant Type" box in CS. Can you please add the functionality to somehow sync custom fields between CS and GLM?

Ability to submit an internal grant request between funds in the portal
It would be great for fund advisors to be able to move money between their funds via the "other foundation funds" field in the grant request tab.

Create Spendable Grants
Allow the creation of grants from spendable by group and/or subgroup so its not an 'all or none' situation. Another idea would be to put checkboxes beside the grants before creating so we could pick and choose which ones we really wanted to create.

Selecting multiple funds to filter a donor report
When creating a donor report, I would like to be able to filter and select multiple funds. For instance, donors who have given during a certain time period to our Annual Fund or Grants Fund.
When I pull a donation report, I have the ability to choose multiple funds from a menu when filtering. It would be great to have the same functionality in Donor Reports. Thanks!

Grantee Name
The grantee name is not populating on grant letters. I use {{granteecontactlabel}} but it's not working. Not sure if there is something else that needs to be checked or done for this to work correctly.

Grant Advisor
It would be helpful that when choosing a grant advisor when creating a grant, that you can only select the profiles of fund advisors that it is applicable to, instead of the entire database coming up to choose.

Option to hide Other Tab on Donor Portal
Other tab information provides information that is potentially confusing to fundholders. Option to hide tab , just like the Grant Catalog feature on Site Settings.

Alert to pay multi year grants
For multi-year grants, it would be nice to have a way to be alert to grant payments that need to be initiated.

Ability to limit history on Donor Portal
For example limit Contribution and Grant history to 10 year worth of information. Especially handy for older funds or information from prior systems that is no long relevant.

Create a template for invoices
CSuite should have a template for invoices, similar to for grant letters and thank you letters.
The current default invoice does not work well is very hard to use. We often don't use it when we should and instead create Word doc invoices. This is because:
1) We can't put in any additional information, description, contact info, etc. on the invoice
2) the format is not professional looking.
3) We cannot download and edit it and print it and send a paper copy to someone.
4) There is no way to indicate that the invoice has been paid (this is…35 votes -
Beneficiary Report
Could you please design a report that allows us to pull the Benificiaries. For our org we need the Fund, Beneficiary Org, Amount/Percent allocated, and if possible the yearly/quarterly amount to be distributed.
As far as I can tell, I only have the option to show the Beneficiary org in a Grants Report export, or search for individual beneficiaries which is very cumbersome and leaves a lot of room for errors as I may not remember who all of the beneficiary orgs are.

Creating customized templates for reports
I just had to pull a report for some fund holders who wanted only their grantee organizations, grant dates, and grant amounts. I was able to easily pull the report using filters, but I had to delete a LOT of columns to winnow the spreadsheet down to what they wanted. It would be great if there were an option to create an export template that would include only the required information rather than ALL the columns.

beneficiaries
Give us the ability/option to choose when we want to send out distributions for beneficiaries. It would save a lot of staff time if we could program the date to release the distribution when we first set up the beneficiary. Currently we have to go to each fund and click on 'grant spendable' since we have so many beneficiary distributions.
