Alert to pay multi year grants
For multi-year grants, it would be nice to have a way to be alert to grant payments that need to be initiated.

Like Heather, I would not use the reporting feature mentioned above. I agree that it would be most helpful to add Payment Date as a filter, or, add it as one of the columns. So we could have Grant Date and Payment Date as columns in the Voucher bucket that we could then sort by.

I'd like to see this as a filter in the voucher tab as a first step. That would be VERY helpful in selecting and creating the vouchers (and approving a payment if it has not already been approved), Secondary to me is the ability to report. I don't see myself using the task feature simply because of the number of multiple payment grants we have, but I understand why it would be helpful to others.

I like the report angle, giving us options as to the fields to include. The left menu link would be my 2nd choice.

I agree with the comments made here, but not only for multi-year grants. It would be good to be able to track who wasn't given in the year that normally does, or to track their granting patterns and be pro-active, rather than reactive.
With the new reporting options, I tried creating a report, but couldn't add in the Balance/spendable balance amounts. Even having this as a custom report option would be great!

I want to reiterate how helpful this feature would be! I like the idea of adding a task when the payment schedule is created - especially now that tasks can be sent to calendars outside of CSuite. In addition to the individual tasks, I think it would also be useful to be able to see all the grants that need payments in one filtered report as you mentioned above. This would provide an easy way to double-check that we are indeed completing those multi-year payments. Thanks so much for considering!
