Create a template for invoices
CSuite should have a template for invoices, similar to for grant letters and thank you letters.
The current default invoice does not work well is very hard to use. We often don't use it when we should and instead create Word doc invoices. This is because:
1) We can't put in any additional information, description, contact info, etc. on the invoice
2) the format is not professional looking.
3) We cannot download and edit it and print it and send a paper copy to someone.
4) There is no way to indicate that the invoice has been paid (this is a big issue).
Thanks,

Yes, being able to customize invoices would be great. Specifically we would like to be able to customize the "pay to" and logo for supporting organizations.

I totally agree! Also, the invoice is missing a dollar sign - that looks strange. If it were a template I could update that myself in System Data.

Agreed. Strange that, even after an invoice has been paid via a payment, the invoice created still shows as unpaid. We'd rather be able to print an acknowledgement letter (non-tax) from a template for payments, but even the invoice work-around doesn't work.

Yes! I'd also like to emphasize the ability to indicate the invoice has been paid...and to send the customer a receipt! Majority of our customers want a receipt for the transaction --- right now we have to manually create this, when it should be an option available via CSuite.

I fully agree with this idea. When we use the preset template it is very scrunched at the top and our Organization logo is giant.
Allow a word document template to be created and uploaded as each organization will have their own version with all the information they require for audit purposes.
