Checkbox for Set School Flag
Many clients have really messy lists of college/universities they have paid one time, individuals, or k-12 schools that shouldn't be included that they have to spend a significant amount of time cleaning up when setting up payee fields. Currently this is an all or manual one by one process. If there were a checkbox that comes up when you hit set school flag and you could go down a list and select what you want to add that would save admins so much time!

Ability to edit a scholarship
There should be a way to edit scholarship/schol fund rather than delete it and re-enter. We had a new staff enter 25 scholarships to an incorrect fund, so those all had to be unposted, unapproved, deleted, etc. and they all have to be re-entered as there is no way to edit the fund or scholarship. These did not come from SLM.

I would like an easier way to compile all our scholarship applications.

auto fill
I noticed in SLM that many students use auto fill to load their saved address into the application. There is an Address 2 line (for apartment I assume). When they auto fill however, their city populates in Address 2 and I then have to go in and manually delete the city from that line. Is there a way to program the Address line so that auto fill is deactivated for that?

Scholarships - Add "Complete All" option in Paid bucket
It would be very helpful to have a Complete All option in the Scholarships Paid bucket (just as it is in the Grants Paid bucket). Currently, we have to click into each scholarship record and choose Complete one-by-one.

Donor Advisor Portal
Give individual options in the "Show Student Data" in the Donor Advisor Portal Setting. I would like donors to see the student's name, and school they're attending, but no personal information.

The new scholarship award letter is appreciated. However, we need to be able to sort the order to match the order of scholarship letters
We enclose a copy of the scholarship letter when we mail the student their scholarship award letter. It would be incredibly helpful if the scholarship award letter order of printing could be modified to match that of checks and scholarship letters. Currently the scholarship award letter seems to print in order of scholarship ID. There does not seem to be a method to assignment of scholarship ID numbers - they do not match the order of the import file.

Currently the description field in the scholarship ID is not reportable anywhere. Can this be added to a default report or allowed for custom reporting?

Remove Student Name From Grant Record
When creating a scholarship from SLM or manually within cSuite, the student name is being populated in the grant description field by default. We have students that wish to not share their names, so this make this process much more labor intensive having to manually edit the names out each and every time.

Adding Student number-link to update School?
Wondering if it is possible when you add a student number to the student profile, if a different school is selected then what was originally entered for the Scholarship recipient, the information can link or have a prompt to change the school for said scholarship recipient? We usually have a lot of students change schools from their application date to distribution, it would be awesome if the information can be linked to update in both places, or a prompt to change.

Bring back the option to exclude scholarship fees for individual scholarships
Please bring back the option to exclude individual scholarships from being charge a scholarship fee.
We just found out that this is no longer available. When we have to redo a scholarship, and depending on the reason for the reissue, we do not always charge a scholarship fee,
It was so convenient when, all we needed to do was click on 'exclude' on the scholarship screen. We have been informed that we now have to do journal entries or modify the admin fee settings.

Scholarship recipient school/grantee
When adding the payment line for a scholarship show the dropdown of schools/ID's from the student's record, if present, to choose from first instead of the full list of grantees.

Scholarship Alternate
I love the addition of the field to add scholarship alternates. I have two suggestions....
- We Should be able to chose NONE.
- We should be be able to enter a student's name, that is not in the Database. I like that we can chose students in the system but not all alternates have received other awards.

Scholarship auto approve not functional with post by payment
When processing "post by payment" scholarships that also have "auto approve" selected, the auto approve is not functional and requires an approval before grants can be vouchered. Suggest that the functionality of auto-approve related to post by payment scholarships is corrected.

Passing idea along from a client: better documentation/standard operating procedures for how to reissue a canceled scholarship award/installment for a specific scholarship recipient. Helpful to know best practices, common workflow issues, and general things to note in both CSuite/SLM, if synced.
