Scholarship recipient school/grantee
When adding the payment line for a scholarship show the dropdown of schools/ID's from the student's record, if present, to choose from first instead of the full list of grantees.

Same when adding or editing the student number. We should just get a dropdown of schools. Also when selecting the school in the payment line, the address shows in parentheses so I can tell if it's the bursar's office profile and not a different profile for the same college. That helpful address info does not show when selecting the school in the student number so I have to guess between two profiles for the same org.
