Add Non-Notify Tribute Name to Contribution information on the Fund Advisor Portal
We were very excited to see Tribute Names show up on the fund advisor portal behind the donation description.
However, now that you implemented the Non-Notify Tribute, the non-notify name is no longer showing up on the Fund Advisor Portal in Contribution Details.
Even if there is no one to notify, we still want to make that information available to our fund holders.

Please consider the term "Portal Access" rather than "Fund Advisor" as a "Designation"
Please consider the term "Portal Access" rather than "Fund Advisor," as a great many individuals in the system have access to a fund portal but are not what we would consider a "fund advisor." They have no advising capability but can view tabs in the portal. The term "Portal Access" covers so many more situations and is much less confusing, even internally.

ALL funds to show in the drop down-list, instead of ONLY Promoted funds
Fund Advisors cannot submit internal grants to other funds unless the receiving fund is being promoted.
We would like Fund Advisors to be able to submit internal grants to any fund, but we do not want to promote all funds.2 votesThere is a settings option in Fund Advisors, Show Non-Promoted Funds that can be enabled to allow Fund Advisors to see all funds (unless they are marked private).

Creating a dropdown list for a fund advisor to choose among all other advisors who the GRANT ADVISOR should be for a grant created on the portal. In other words, the fund advisor logging in with his own profile is submitting a grant on behalf of another person listed on the fund who has a different profile.
2 votesThere is an option in a Fund record to allow additional advisors. This is found in a fund record, under the settings tab. This can also be done in bulk. Here is a snippet from the Fund help article: Allow Additional Advisors - Allows fund advisors to make grant requests on behalf of other advisors. This does not need to be selected to have more than one fund advisor setup on a fund.

Highlight Create Request on portal when fund advisor does a grantee search
Feedback from donor, the Create Request link when searching for a Grantee doesn't look like a link. Highlight or different colored text to draw attention to the Create Request so fund advisors know it's a link! Thank you.

Would like ability to change Fund Advisor to NOT primary
Currently, once a fund advisor is made Primary, it's not possible to de-select them as primary. Seems like this could be a check box like the other Permissions, rather than a button.
57 votesThis is already possible, as long as there is more than one fund advisor on the fund. If there is only one fund advisor it is the primary. It is a radio button since only one fund advisor can be primary.

Profiles: jump link to get to grants listing under grantee summary in donor portal
For donors who give to many orgs, it could take a lot of scrolling to get to the Grants listing under the Grantee Summary. It’d be great to have a jump link to skip from the top of the page to the top of the Grants listing.

Add Fund Advisor Grant Request Tab Header Across ALL Grant Request Pages
We are grateful to have more content areas where we can help our fund advisors navigate the portal. We noticed that the Fundadvisorgrantrequesttabheader only displays on the initial grant request page (...fcsuite.com/erp/fundmanager/list/grantrequest). It does not show again on the next page where the grant request details are entered (...fcsuite.com/erp/fundmanager/list/grantrequest_enter). Can that header be enabled on on that page as well?

Add field of First_Name to Fund Advisor Content for Advisor_login_email
Rather than Dear {name} which populates the donor first and last name, can you add a field list and make first name be an option so we could change to Dear First_Name? We change this every time we send the fund advisor email to a donor. It appears so much more personal than first and last name.

Add Grant ID as Merge Field on Advisor_request_confirm_email_body
We would like to have the Grant ID included in the email that is sent to the Fund Advisor confirming that we received the Grant Request. Is that a possibility?

More Information Provided when Fund Advisor Account is Locked
When a fund advisor enters an incorrect password more than the number configured in Settings, their account is locked. The error message simply reads "Account locked out" with no instructions for what steps to take to resolve the problem.
At this point, I would think that the lock would require them to contact us to unlock their account before allowing them to login again. However, they can login if they reset their password.
If they do reset their password, the account is STILL LOCKED. If they do not contact us to unlock their account, they have to reset their password…
3 votes9/22/2023: Fund Advisors: Resolved an issue with Fund Advisors being locked out, but the forgot password will still require the foundation to unlock their account. Fund Advisors reset password email will now unlock the Fund Advisor once they select the reset password link and reset their password.

Fund Advisor Portal: Allow Show History be an Individual Fund Setting
We like the History Charts displayed on the Home Page on our Fund Advisor Portal. However, because we are using SLM for our Hardships Funds, we would like to disable these charts for our Hardships funds because it is confusing for them to see their hardships grants listed as "Scholarships" and their hardships recipients listed as "Students".
We would like the option to turn on History on a Fund-by-Fund level.
4 votesThere is a current option in a fund record titled "show history on portal". This can be disabled on a fund by fund basis currently.

Fund Advisor Content - donation notify message
Fund Advisor Content currently allows us to edit messages addressed to them for grant requests and grants submitted. I am surprised that we cannot currently target them with donation messages.
From their POV, it is confusing to receive a message intended for the donor. A donation_notify message in FA/Content could allow us to communicate donor fields such as donor's name, address, email, tribute, etc. as well as "the donor has been provided with a charitable gift receipt, but we encourage you to send a note of appreciation."

Add Details under Recurring Grants on Donor Portal
On the Donor Portal (Fund Advisor Portal), we like the recent enhancement that allows a Donor to click on an individual Grant Number to see the payment detail. What we really need is the same feature for Recurring Grants, so that when the Donor clicks on the Recurring Grant ID, they see the grants that have been paid thus far as part of the recurring grant. It should also include the next date.

FA Donation Notification - add email address and phone number to content

Regarding the donation notification that fund advisors can receive for funds they advise each time a donation is made, can the email notification be customized to also include the contact information of the donor, like their email address and phone number?

Fund Advisor Portal - Grant amount on 'Home' vs 'Grants' tab
The 'Total Grants' amount on the Home tab differs from the total of the grants show on the 'Grants' tab because the 'Grants' tab includes scholarships and the home tab 'Total Grants' does not. Would like to see those amounts match for the Fund Advisors

Allow Fund Advisors to See Household Receipts
Several of our Fund advisors have logged in to the Fund Portal to obtain a tax receipt, but are unable to access it because the gift was attributed to the household. Please update to allow a fund advisor who is part of a household to see the household tax receipts, in addition to their individual tax receipts.

Please add a Donor Portal Footer
Please provide a content option to put contact information and links for help at the bottom of each page, as is customary on virtually all websites. The only option I see is for the top of the page.

Allow donors in Portal to use a "shopping cart" type of grant requests (making multiple grant requests in one swoop). Currently, our clients have to fill out one request a time or do it offline.
10 votes6/7/2023:Fund Advisor: There is a new enhancement that will allow a foundation to enable a cart option for grant requests. If the Fund Advisor Cart functionality is enabled, the fund advisor will receive one email for the entire “cart” of requests. The can be enabled for all fund advisors by selecting the check box Fund Advisor Cart in Fund Advisors>Settings>Edit Settings.
