  1. It would be awesome to be able to select [ALL] or [NONE] when adding the funds to a fund advisor portal. This is available in the Affiliate setup (see image "Capture1"). I currently have to check each very small box to turn tabs on and off for each fund (See image "Capture2". Many of our 300+ affiliates have 10-20 funds and fund advisors come and go every day.

  2. Not all fund advisors are "fund advisors". They could have access because they are part of a committee, or on staff as the finance or development team. would be nice to more clearly identify these folks from true fund advisors, the one we take directions from on fund.

  3. We have fund advisor portal users who have many, many funds viewable on the fund advisor portal. Currently, these funds auto-sort alphabetically by name, with no way to otherwise sort or segment them. Adding the ability to manually sort and/or segment an advisor's funds would be extremely useful; for example, it would be nice to segment funds by fund group or by profile fund link to illustrate to beneficiary organizations the difference between funds they founded and funds they benefit from. Another possible fix would be to add a label to each fund in the portal on the Choose Fund…

  4. It would be great to have a field on the grant request section of the advisor portal that is fully customizable and that you have to check if you want that particular advisor to see it on their page.

    For example, we have a number of funds that receive a company match for grants they request. If I could add a note on their portal about the match that would be great. But I would want the option to check a box to have that displayed on certain advisors so it's not listed on all.

  5. on the donor portal can the "gift comment/gift notes? field please pull into the portal so fundholders can see it and can the tribute field FULLY be pulled into the portal rather than JUST the name?

  6. I wish it were possible to make a grantee inactive for a specific fund without marking the entire vendor profile "inactive." This would help a fund advisor choose the correct grantee in the online portal and minimize our admin work if a grant is paid to an incorrect grantee.

    Example: ABC Fund has two grantees: NGO1 and NGO2. Although NGO1 received grants in the past, all grants should now be made payable to NGO2.

    I would like to flag NGO1 as an inactive grantee for the ABC Fund only since it could still receive grants from other funds. Doing so…

  7. Is there a way to set up an automatic pop-up or banner alert for fund anniversaries? For both nonprofit fundholders and for individual/household fundholders.

  8. It would be convenient to both the staff and the fund portal user/advisor if the advisor had the ability to search for previous month/year fund balances. If the Fund Advisor is needing last month's balance, they either have to obtain monthly fund statements which is manually produced by the staff or the staff retrieves that information for them. If by the "Current Balance" there was a date search, that would save a lot of time for all involved.

  9. Remove inactive information from showing on the 'Fund Advisor' list, i.e., inactive addresses. What's the point in having an inactive option if it's still showing the information?

  10. Is there any way to add a check box a fund advisor can select if they want a grant delivered to them vs. going to the grantee? If the box is checked, they would also have the ability to enter a mailing address.

    They can certainly add something to this effect in the notes/description section but it would be helpful if something was already there to indicate they have this option.

  11. would be nice to have the option to view the principle, along with the balance and spendable, on the portal. Would aid in having the fund advisors be aware if the fund is in danger of being under water.

  13. It would be awesome if there were reciprocal links in GLM and CSuite for those who are fund advisors and also use GLM for grant submissions. I just received multiple emails from a fund advisor who could not find the fund statement tab as she was logged into GLM. There is no way to jump back and forth. I had emailed her screenshots of the fund advisor portal and where the fund statements were located and it wasn't until then that she told me she wasn't seeing any of that as she was in the GLM side.

  14. I was just recently on a Fidelity site and saw a couple of cool options for on-demand service for fund advisors. A mobile-friendly option where grants can be made via a mobile device and the option to name a successor via their portal. Re the successor - would likely have to give us flexibility in language used and somehow capture signature or consent or something, but interesting idea ...

  16. It would be great if a "notes" tab or "messaging" tab was available on the Fund Advisor Portal so we could communicate with the advisor(s) when they log in to their fund. We have an agency endowed fund that requires the agency to request distributions and if they don't request it, the funds can accumulate year to year. This year when creating a distribution, the total accumulated amount would put the fund under water. Would be nice to have a mail box with an indication of a message so they could see something like "If you chose to take your…

  17. We would like the option to make modifications to the Donor Portal so during our Giving to Lincoln month, donors who are making grants to participating nonprofits from their donor advised fund can log in and select from the Grantees they've given to in the past, they can then select a check box that this is for Give to Lincoln Day. We could then add the NPOs that are participating in CSuite and this NPOs would pull over to the portal as participating NPOs for our giving day.

  18. It would be great if there were a box we can add to each Grant Recommendation from Donor Portal for our Fund Advisors to add a grant amount to support our own operations. Back in the day when we had paper forms, this generated a significant level of support to us.

  19. We have several agency fund advisors that advise 10+ funds. They have expressed a need to be able to see all all donations and grants to their funds at once, rather than having to click through them one by one.

  20. The audit log shows when an email or address was deleted was the information had been that was deleted. But the fund advisor "owner" does not show you what profile had the fund advisor piece deleted, it only shows that something was deleted. Not very effective to double check that it is accurate. Please add additional data to delete options.
