  2. Please add donor email as an option on tax receipt, tribute and pledge templates. In particular this would be useful for pledge and tribute templates as those can't be sent directly from the system.

  3. It would be really helpful to have the ability to bulk print envelopes for the Tribute notification letters. It could go on the Tribute's Report Printout screen similar to how that function works when generating the donation thank you/tax receipt letters. We do quite a few notifications of memorials or honors, so we're really looking for a way to not have to print envelopes one-by-one. Thanks!

    8/2/2023: Tributes: In order to manage tributes more efficiently, a new workflow has been designed for Tributes.

    The Tribute list view is now a custom report with the ability to sort each column and  have the ability to apply filters, save filtered lists, export, email and load for future use. On the left hand menu, there is also a new Delete Unused menu item.  This will allow clients to delete any unused tributes that do not have donations attached to the tribute or if the tribute does not have associated notify information. If the notify address or email information is not completed, the tribute information will move to a non-notify tribute field.  This will allow clients to retain the information about the tribute on the donation in a text field.

  4. If a donor makes a gift online the automated donation receipt email reads: "Attached is the tax receipt for your recent donation." It would be nice if we had the flexibility to change the message and add some personalization through Systems Data.

  5. One of our fundholders asked if they could get a copy of their tax receipt from the portal. It would be great if we had the option to add a copy of their receipt to the portal along with the other printing options available during the gift entry process.

  6. We would like the option to batch print the yearly tax receipts for any given year. The yearly tax receipts are currently only available by going to each individual donors profile. This would enable us to print a comprehensive receipt for an entire year for all of our donors. This could be especially helpful for donors that give multiple times throughout the year, allowing us to give them one receipt at the end of the year instead of every single time they donate.

  7. We get donations to our annual operating fund from our DAF owners.

    We'd like to have a template that would enable us to send a "courtesy" thank you to the DAF owner who advised this donation. This is obviously not a tax receipt, but just a way of us thanking them for donating to us via their DAF. It would be great to have a template for this purpose.

  8. We would like a template so that we can create receipts for event tickets. Some purchasers of event tickets need a receipt indicating that they have paid for their tickets. Right now we only provide that by creating a custom receipt in Word.

  9. I would love to have a way to view emails sent via CS located on the profile tab. This would include emails sent via Fund Advisor login, online donation emails that include the attached tax receipt, etc.

  11. When you select 'email tax receipt', the subject and body auto-fills a generic message. It would save a significant amount of time if we could edit these messages to instead auto-fill text that our client has chosen.

  12. Recently there was an change made where the system now requires an address and zip code when entering a gift. There are times when we don't have the address, only email address, so with this requirement, I am forced to enter incorrect/"fake" information, which then shows on the receipt emailed to them. Please consider removing this requirement.

  13. We often receive gifts from other charities where we want to count the income as a GIFT, but the amount is not eligible for a tax receipt under Canadian Law. Currently the only way to manage in CSuite is to generate a tax receipt number for the transaction, and then simply not issue the receipt. This creates reconciliation issues for tax receipt numbers, which must be sequential and accounted for for Canada Revenue Agency requirements. It would be much better if we could select a "do not receipt" or "no tax receipt" option when donation is input which would suppress…

  14. Add function to select alternate address when entering gifts into the system. Many donors winter in the South. Otherwise, it's a manual change on the receipt/thank you.

  15. When we generate receipts for noncash gifts, we do not provide a value for the gift, only a description. When we generate a yearly tax receipt for donors with some noncash gifts, it just populates the cash value. Some additional fields around payment type would allow us to use merge logic to solve this, or the public security fields could be included on the yearly tax receipt template.
