Connect with Eventbrite or OneCause for Event Management
It would be nice to have a connection with OneCause or even EventBrite for events. Similar to the connection with MailChimp, CSuite clearly lacks in the event management space and there are much better options out there that have open APIs. Maybe consider devoting resources to syncing with these services, instead of building a basic in-house solution.

Jobs: File (or file name) and more info in terms of what that job was about
We need for information for the jobs that are/were created.
There is a "File" column in Job page, but it never shows anything. Can we have it show the file or at least the file name we submitted?
Right now there is no way to back track/recall what we have done in those previous jobs.It would be nice if the Job page shows more comprehensive information in general: what the job was about, if it is actively running or paused/stopped/reactivated, etc.

Text fields inputting: Dropdown to show existing value
When inputting or editing text values in a text field, can we have a dropdown list to show existing content for suggestions (like the search bar) based on the first few letters we entered? Thanks
Example: for prefixes (it's a text field for us), if type in "mr", then generate a dropdown list to suggest existing content "Mr." and "Mrs.", instead of everyone typing in different formats/spellings/punctuations

Add Additional Filters for Grant and Voucher Approvers for Edit Bulk for Multiple Funds
I've seen various request to add Fund Groups and Subgroups to edit bulk grant approvers and voucher approvers. Please include additional filters to include Fund Divisions, Fund Segments, add a filter to exclude or include. This would help, to make a change due to adding a new employee. Each new employee will just have certain funds to work with, so adding them all is not a great internal control.
Example: We combine multiple COE funds to create a consolidated financial statement. However, we do not want to add a grant or voucher approvers on them.

Allow Rich Text Formatting on ALL fields that could be formatted
We are a small nonprofit with no to very little coding capacity. We were not informed before we sign on to Foundant that we would need functionality to make our pages look good -- we thought it was just for the "skin" of the portal, but there are SO MANY fields that could be formatted according to the support articles but we just don't have the capacity to do that now.

Box Size
The Description Box and Filename Box for Attached files is so small it's very challenging to effectively see and edit entries. Either making these a reasonable size to start or giving them the ability to be stretched larger would go far to making these fields and probably many others more usable.

Convert an existing Csuite question to an integrated custom field
We would like to have a service area field on GLM org profiles that integrates with CSuite. We have that field in CSuite now, but we would like it to automatically update when an org is synced from GLM. As things stand now, the information cannot flow from GLM to CSuite; we can only add an integrated custom field in GLM that will pull in information from CSuite. We would like information to flow the opposite way.

Bulk Update
Any time there is the option to download a file (ex. profiles, opportunities) the best practice is for that file to be able to be uploaded exactly as it is. This is pretty industry standard, so that there is no room for error.
Basically the procedure that we see with profiles. I'm trying to update the new beneficiary on opportunities. However, what I download can not be updated for that field and then uploaded. This not only is time consuming to reorganize the data, but it increases the chance of error

allow for mulitple topic categories when posting on idea lab
Many suggestions cross topics such as campaigns, donations and reporting. it would be great to chose multiple topics for a single suggestion so they can found when looking at all the individual topics it may apply to

Auto-populate date/description
In date fields, either auto-populate with the current date, or make it default to the last date entered. It would save a lot of time in voucher and journal entry to have an easy date entry. The auto-populating of description on individual lines in the same entry to whatever was entered on the first line's description field would also be a huge time saver. They should still be editable in case they are not all the same, but they often are. Most accounting software has this kind of functionality.

SLM Sandbox
If we're supposed to do our big editing and testing in the sandbox, wouldn't it be great to be able to reset the universe or process in the sandbox and easily continue editing the things that came up after we've done some tests?

Overall Search Functionality Improvement
Search Functionality has to be improved, please! Perhaps you can add a place to search, hit enter, and anything that is related to the search can show up in one report-like page? The search functionality is hamstringing my work!

Easy enhancement(s) to left side menu
One frustrating thing about the left menu is that menu items move up and down the list in seemingly random order, depending on which screen you're on. I think the first step is to the most common items at the top of all pages. First priority should be "Add task" and "Add note", then "list", "search", and "edit".
Another nice touch would be to make the blue box at the top of the left menu function as a "home click" so if I click the blue box it goes back to the root menu for that section.
