  1. One of the most limiting things about using Foundant is the lack of connectivity to other platforms that we all use. Even in cases where there is some integration (like with MailChimp) that integration is extremely limited.

    I found those ideas all via one quick search in the Idea Lab for the word "integrate." I bet there are many other requests that could also be solved this way.

  2. Term Investments - have defaults for revenue accounts, borrowing fund, asset accounts pre populated as these are always the same.

    Smart tips would be helpful in creating a new term investment for distribution fields.

  3. I have them do the walk me trainings but I would love deeper dive new hire training videos that I could assign (beyond the walk me trainings) upon starting work? I have all our initial trainings saved but so much has changed in CSuite since we initially became a client in 2021.

    I am aware of YouTube but that is by date order and mostly updates. Looking for a subset of area specific trainings, grants vs development vs finance vs marketing.

  4. We are continuing to have problems with Fund Advisors telling us that they are not receiving system-generated emails from us. We believe this is because the name and the email address do not match. That is, our organization's name is in the sender name but the domain in the email address is fcsuite.com.

    Has there been any discussion to investigate the possibility of changing "no-reply@fcsuite.com" to what is entered in the "Default Email Reply To" setting in Systems Data?

    We believe this would pass more smoothly through spam filters.

  5. It would be nice to have a feature to sync attachments in GLM &/or CSuite over to the other rather than having to attach in both places. Ideally, we would be able to pick which attachments we want to sync over. For Community Grants, we start our process in GLM so we start attachments here and then sync to CSuite for final processing. For Donor Advised/Designated Granting we start in CSuite and include attachments here then sync over to GLM for tracking purposes.

  7. We love the new user interface but the font is rather small for some of our users. It would be amazing to have the ability for each user to pick from a Small, Medium, Large font size

    Using CTRL and Zooming in Zooms the entire browser (all tabs, no matter the website) meaning other websites are now huge font.

  8. As a foundation, I would like for community members visiting my website to be able to select "Start a Fund" from my website and enter details/intentions about that fund.

    Additionally, when fund advisors are logged in to their existing fund through the portal, I would like them to be able to request changes to the fund: Ex.: investment strategy.

  9. Currently there is no automatic notification to notify the user that their request for approval is approved. Normally the personal with approval authority is very busy. The extra time spent to send an email confirming the request has been approved is very inefficient. Please add automated approval notifications so the staff requesting approval can be ready for the next step in their process.

  11. When filtering a custom report on a field with dozens or hundreds of entries (Ex: fund account listings) you currently need to check one... checkbox...at...a...time. This forced exercise in patience and eye-straining focus is simply unjust. We don't need the carpal tunnel injury lawyer sharks to start circling our Foundat dev team. Let's agree that the humane solution is to grant the user the civilized option to hold down shift while selecting between checkboxes, to auto check all the ones between them. Just 2 clicks needed for a range, not 200.

  12. The only search function that allows you to search using ID #s is the main search bar on the top left of the home page. It would be great if the ID # search would be available in all search areas instead of having to type in the fund name, profile name, etc. We are at the beginning phases of using CSuite and have multiple profiles that have the same name. It is impossible to find the correct profile when searching only by name. Using ID search in all areas would help keep errors to a minimum.
