Automatic System Email Response Address
When the system sends out an email from "no-reply@fcsuite.com", the recipient (i.e., donor, fund advisor) automatically CAN reply to whoever started the transaction that generated the system email.
Why does C-Suite's "no-reply" email address allow reply's? The whole point of a "no-reply" is NOT to allow replies.
Examples include:
1) whoever posts a check gets responses from donors who get a grant payment notification (which is far too early in the process)
2) whoever emails fund statements gets responses
3) whoever posts donations gets responsesAdditionally, if C-Suite has to allow replies, we need to be able to…
2 votesHere is information on updating your settings in System Data. If you want email replies to go to one email - the setting Use Default Email Reply to for All needs to be set to yes.
The ability to reply to a Do Not Reply FCsuite email address was added several years ago because many constiuents replied and were upset that there was never a response.
