The 2-factor Authentication page is setup to have 3 options, text, email and authenticator app. Currently, if a Staff user has 2 or more emails addresses on file it will display ALL email addresses and same goes for phone numbers on file. This is extremely worrisome and is a signifant privacy concern. As Admins, we need to have a way to limit or select which email/phone number can be used for multi-factor (even as simple as just using the Primary info for each option).     Portal access is limited to the primary email address on a profile. The current help article will be updated to reflect this information. Otherwise, it is accurate. https://support.foundant.com/hc/en-us/articles/21412855474199-Portal

  2. When the system sends out an email from "no-reply@fcsuite.com", the recipient (i.e., donor, fund advisor) automatically CAN reply to whoever started the transaction that generated the system email.

    Why does C-Suite's "no-reply" email address allow reply's? The whole point of a "no-reply" is NOT to allow replies.

    Examples include:
    1) whoever posts a check gets responses from donors who get a grant payment notification (which is far too early in the process)
    2) whoever emails fund statements gets responses
    3) whoever posts donations gets responses

    Here is information on updating your settings in System Data. If you want email replies to go to one email - the setting Use Default Email Reply to for All needs to be set to yes.


    The ability to reply to a Do Not Reply FCsuite email address was added several years ago because many constiuents replied and were upset that there was never a response.

  4. What is a giving card? Did I miss the definition/explanation here?

  6. Please consider providing transcripts after live events. Having the recording is great, but when questions are addressed in the Q&A function, answers aren't available to reference after the event concludes.

    Step 6 should come before step 5 because it's a fund can't be edited once it's Closed.

  8. Please add the option to turn on 2FA at the Fund advisor level. At this time, we are choosing not to turn on two factor authentication for all fund advisors.

    This is a current option for Fund Advisors.  There is a checkbox in Portal Options, Fund Advisors to Enable Two Factor Login.  Selecting this checkbox will allow a Fund Advisor to add two factor as an option.  There is a second box which requires it for all Fund Advisors.
